- How many sites may use the license? Distinguish production sites, active sites, and any restrictions on client projects. Do not calculate an agency per-site cost unless the vendor clearly permits that use.
- What renews, and when? Separate a first-year price from the annual renewal. A lifetime price is paid once, but the vendor’s license wording does not guarantee that a product will be maintained forever.
- What stops if you cancel? The7 says imported demos remain after cancellation, but future updates, support, new activations, and plan benefits stop.
