Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesTo read a web page without internet, save it while you’re online using your browser’s offline download or Reading List feature, then open the saved copy with connectivity turned off. For a portable document you can keep or share, save the page as a PDF instead. The steps depend on your device and browser, and a saved copy may not retain every site feature—test one before relying on it.
Choose the right way to save a page
A Reading List is convenient for keeping pages inside a browser. A downloaded webpage or PDF is a better fit when you want a file you can find in Downloads or share. The names matter: adding a page to a Reading List is not necessarily the same as downloading a standalone copy.

| Method | What you keep | Best fit | Offline considerations |
|---|---|---|---|
| Browser Reading List | A page saved in the browser’s list; Safari on iPhone can automatically save list items for offline access when its setting is enabled. | Collecting pages to read later in the same browser. | Availability and behavior vary by browser. Chrome’s iOS help describes finding the item in Reading List and loading the live page when online, not creating a user-managed file. Google Chrome Help |
| Downloaded webpage | A webpage file, sometimes with a companion folder of supporting assets, depending on the browser and save option. | Keeping a local copy on a computer or Android device. | Some pages or assets may not work as they do online. With Firefox’s complete-page option, keep the companion folder alongside the saved file. Mozilla Support |
| A rendered document showing the page’s content. | Keeping or sharing a portable document. | A PDF is not the same as an interactive webpage; do not expect site behavior such as dynamic features to carry over. Mozilla Support |

- Turn off Wi-Fi and mobile data, or otherwise disconnect the device.
- Open the Reading List item, downloaded webpage, or PDF using the same browser or file location you expect to use later.
- Check that the content you need is present. Sites that rely on sign-ins, dynamic content, embedded media, or external assets may not behave as they do online.
Browser and operating-system interfaces change. If a menu name differs, consult the help page for your browser and device version rather than assuming another browser’s steps apply.
