Under Shared with, find the person or group and select Remove.

The calendar owner can change sharing, as can someone with permission to share it. To manage a calendar owned by someone else, Google requires the Make changes and manage sharing permission. See Google’s sharing and permission instructions.
Remove access in the Android app
In the Google Calendar Android app, open the app’s settings, select the relevant calendar, and under Shared with tap Remove beside the person. The available controls can vary by account; Google’s sharing help page describes sharing permissions and the Android flow.

Check whether access is broader than one person
Removing a person from Shared with does not turn off public or organization-wide access. In the calendar’s Settings and sharing, review Access permissions for events. If appropriate, turn off Make available to public or Make available for {company name}. Google says broader calendar permissions take priority when settings conflict, so check these controls if your goal is to stop access beyond the named recipient. Details are in Google’s calendar-sharing guidance.
If you are the recipient, unsubscribe instead
If another person shared a calendar with you and you want it gone from your own calendar list, unsubscribe from that calendar; you cannot remove your access from the owner’s sharing list. An owner cannot unsubscribe from a secondary calendar they own. Deleting a secondary calendar is different: Google warns that deleting a shared secondary calendar removes it for everyone. Use the option that matches your goal, as explained in Google’s instructions for unsubscribing from or deleting a calendar.
Blocking someone does not revoke calendar access
Blocking a person does not remove calendar access you previously granted. Change the calendar’s sharing settings to revoke that access. See Google’s blocking guidance.
When sharing controls are unavailable
Work or school account administrators can restrict or disable sharing options. If you cannot find a control or it is unavailable, contact your organization’s administrator; account policies may prevent you from changing it. Google describes these account limitations in its sharing and permission guidance.
