Remove a show on a phone, tablet, or computer
- Open Max and select My Stuff, or find the Continue Watching row on the Home screen. Max lists Continue Watching in both places (Max Help: Features available on Max).
- Open the three-dot menu for the show you want to remove.
- Select Remove. The show is removed from Continue Watching (Max Help: My List and Continue Watching).
Remove a show on a TV
Open the Continue Watching row, then use the action for your device:

If the show is missing or appears on the wrong list
Check which profile is active. Max keeps a separate Continue Watching list and My List for each profile, and recommendations are based on that profile’s watch history (Max Help: Create or change Max profiles).

Removing one show from Continue Watching is not the same as deleting a viewing record. Max describes recommendations as based on watch history, and its removal instructions do not say that selecting Remove erases that history. Deleting a profile is a broader action that removes its profile information, including My List and Continue Watching; Max says the active profile and the first profile created for the account cannot be deleted. Profile deletion is not needed to remove an individual show.

Max says titles are automatically removed from Continue Watching after 90 days (Max Help: My List and Continue Watching).
