What if the order is missing or the refund option is unavailable?

• Confirm the account and seller. Check the receipt and make sure you signed in with the account that made the purchase. Microsoft’s returns policy covers purchases from Microsoft, not products bought from another retailer; contact the seller named on the receipt for those orders.
