A voluntary Super Chat is non-refundable under YouTube’s published policy, even if it was sent during a 24/7 livestream. A stream’s length does not create a refund exception. If you did not make the purchase, report it as an unauthorized charge instead; that is a separate process.
Can you get a refund for a Super Chat?
YouTube states that “Super Chat, Super Stickers, Super Thanks, and YouTube Giving are voluntary, non-refundable payments.” Its policy does not provide a different rule for a 24/7 stream. Ending the stream, missing a message, or regretting the amount does not by itself make a voluntary Super Chat refundable. Read YouTube’s refund policy.

If you did not make the charge
If you do not recognize a YouTube purchase, first identify the transaction and check whether a family member or friend made it. An unfamiliar charge may be accidental rather than unauthorized. If you confirm you did not authorize it, use YouTube’s instructions for reporting unauthorized charges. YouTube says to report a digital purchase you did not make within 120 days; verify the current instructions on its help page, since policies can change.
Check how the purchase was billed
Some new Super Chat purchases made in the YouTube Android app are billed through Google Play. Check Google Payments to identify the billing route, then follow the reporting instructions for the transaction. Billing through Google Play does not, on its own, change YouTube’s stated refund rule for voluntary payments. YouTube’s purchase guidance explains the available purchase details.

Does message moderation or a stream ending change the answer?
No. YouTube says a creator may end a stream before a Super Chat’s pin countdown finishes, and removing a sent Super Chat does not produce a refund. Its guidance also states: “Moderated or removed Super Chats & Super Stickers will not generate a refund.” The message’s display time or the stream’s duration does not promise a refund. See YouTube’s Super Chat and Super Sticker guidance.
