Submit once the details match. Review the server, CS Code and coupon code as a set, then send the form. Repeated attempts will not make a used coupon reusable for the same CS Code, and changing servers after the fact does not undo a redemption that has already been applied.

If you cannot locate the identifier, do not substitute a player name, nickname, user ID from another service, or a code copied from a different account. The official exchange specifically requests the CS Code. Players who cannot use the in-game registration route can use the web exchange, but they still need this identifier for the form.
Can you redeem a coupon in the game?

Previously advertised codes are expired
The following examples show how official offers are documented. They are historical examples, not working codes on October 13, 2026. Their inclusion is useful for understanding the format of an official notice, the reward attached to a code, and the fact that an expiry time is enforceable.

These examples should not be copied into the exchange expecting a reward. They demonstrate why a code list needs a date and an official expiry notice. A page updated shortly before today can still contain an offer that ended earlier, and a code described as “active” by a third party is not official confirmation that the exchange will accept it.
Why a coupon may fail
The code is rejected immediately
Start with the offer’s status rather than repeatedly resubmitting. Compare the current date and time with the deadline in the official event notice. If the code has expired, no correction to the CS Code or server will revive it.
Next, consider whether the coupon was already used for that CS Code. The one-redemption rule means a previously successful registration cannot be repeated. If more than one person uses the same device or account, confirm whether someone else has already claimed the offer.
Then inspect every character. Focus on O and 0, I and 1, and any characters that may have been lost when the code was retyped. Compare the browser entry with the original official notice instead of relying on memory. A copied value can still contain an accidental leading or trailing character, so visually review it before submitting.

Finally, verify the account details. The selected server must be the one intended to receive the reward, and the CS Code must come from that account. Do not use an identifier from another server or another account simply because it is easier to find. Correcting the form means returning to the game settings and copying the appropriate CS Code, then selecting the matching server in the exchange.
The exchange accepted the code, but no reward appears

How to evaluate lists of “active” codes
Code lists change quickly because each offer has its own deadline. Pocket Gamer updated a STARSEED code list on October 11, 2026, but the third-party validity claim is not equivalent to confirmation from Com2uS or Hive. Do not treat the list, an influencer post, or a search snippet as proof that a code still works.
Use those pages, if you consult them, only as leads. You have only one server

You have more than one server
Decide which server should receive the offer before opening the form. Select that server and use the CS Code associated with the same account destination. The one-server rule means you cannot apply a single coupon across all of your servers.

You entered a code on the wrong account
Stop and check whether the exchange actually accepted the submission.
