Also confirm whether that retailer’s product qualifies for the Vintage Vice City Pack and the GTA+ month; those benefits are not automatically guaranteed for every physical listing.

Pre-order bonuses and GTA+ terms
The Vintage Vice City Pack is attached to qualifying pre-orders. The offer can have country-specific eligibility, a redemption deadline, or a code supplied separately from the game. Save the receipt and any code email until the content appears in your account.
Digital pre-orders include one month of GTA+ under the platform terms stated for the listing. GTA+ is a subscription service, so read the store’s wording about activation, renewal, cancellation, and whether the month begins at purchase, redemption, or launch. Do not treat the offer as a permanent entitlement.
What happens after you place the order?
- Check your order history on the same platform account. Confirm the product name, edition, platform, price, and release date.

- On or after November 12, check the game page for a pre-load button. Pre-loading downloads data early but does not permit play before the official launch time.

The listing does not appear
- Check that you are searching the official store while signed in.

The wrong edition or platform is in the cart

The payment is pending or declined
Check the billing address, available funds, card expiration, account region, and any bank authorization request. A pending authorization does not always mean the order completed. Use the store’s order history to determine whether you own the product before trying again.
The game is missing from the library
Sign out and back in to the purchasing account, refresh the library, and check order history. On Xbox, verify the Microsoft account; on PlayStation, verify the PlayStation Network account. If the order is confirmed but the license is absent, contact the platform’s support service with the order number.
A bonus code does not work
Confirm that the code is for the same country or region as the account, has not expired, and has not already been redeemed. Retailer-supplied codes may arrive separately from the order confirmation. Keep the packaging and receipt until the Vintage Vice City Pack or other qualifying content is visible.
You expected a disc
Review the product description. Rockstar’s support documentation says the physical version uses a download code, so a box without a game disc can still be the advertised product. If the package differs from the retailer’s description, use the retailer’s return or support process.
