What happens after pairing

Marshall says Major V can connect to two devices at a time and remembers up to 10 previously paired devices. When the headphones are in range, they try to reconnect to the last connected device. Connecting to two devices does not by itself mean both can play audio simultaneously; Marshall’s description does not establish simultaneous playback. Marshall Major V support

If Major V does not appear in Bluetooth settings

  • Check pairing mode: The headphones should be on, with the LED slowly pulsing blue. If they are off, hold the Control knob for two seconds to enter pairing mode.
  • Reopen the device list: Confirm Bluetooth is enabled on the phone or PC, then return to its discoverable-device or add-device screen.
  • Check PC Bluetooth support: If a Windows computer has no Bluetooth capability, Microsoft says a USB Bluetooth adapter can add it.
  • Follow the platform’s accessory guidance: Apple recommends checking the accessory maker’s instructions if it is missing; Google’s and Microsoft’s Bluetooth guides provide their platform-specific pairing paths.

There is no single cause established for every failed pairing, so these checks address discoverability and Bluetooth availability without assuming a particular fault.
