Sign in with the account that owns the games, then go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Console Sharing and Offline Play and select Enable. Sony says this is automatically enabled on the first PS5 used to sign in to PlayStation. Sony’s PS5 guide
Enable Console Sharing and Offline Play on PS5
- Sign in on the PS5 with the PlayStation account that owns the games or media you want other users to access.
- Open Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Console Sharing and Offline Play.
- Select Enable.
If the setting is already enabled on another PS5, disable it on that console before enabling it here. Sony allows the feature on one PS5 at a time. Sony’s PS5 guide

What other users can access
- Other users on the enabled PS5 can play games and use media purchased and downloaded by the account holder, including while the console is offline.
- Other users can use some PlayStation Plus benefits, but not every benefit is shared. The relevant subscription must be active, and access to a game offered through the service may depend on whether it remains in the catalog.
- If another person owns the content, that person must enable Console Sharing and Offline Play for their own account.
Sony describes the PS Plus allowance as sharing “selected benefits on your primary PS4 and one PS5 with Console Sharing and Offline Play enabled.” The “primary PS4” wording refers to the PS4 activation feature; on PS5, use the Console Sharing and Offline Play setting. Switch sharing to a different PS5
If you can access the currently enabled PS5, sign in with the account that has sharing enabled, open Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Console Sharing and Offline Play, and select Disable. Then sign in to the account on the new PS5 and enable the setting there. Sony states that this PS5 setting is limited to one console at a time; it does not change the account’s other console activation limits. Sony’s PS5 guide

If you cannot access the old PS5
Use Account Management to deactivate all devices remotely as a fallback when the old console is unavailable. This deactivates devices broadly rather than just switching the sharing setting for one PS5. Sony limits remote deactivation of all devices to once every six months.
