Improving only one stage can leave the others unchanged. Treat each stage as a separate problem and upgrade the one that is currently consuming most of your run.

- Turn on auto-swing. Enable the game’s auto-swing toggle, then stand close enough to the egg for each hit to connect. Auto-swing removes the delay caused by repeated manual clicks; it does not increase the damage of each hit, so it works best after you have selected an egg your tool can handle.

- Break the egg without unnecessary movement. Stand in range, let auto-swing finish the shell, and watch for the health bar to reach zero. Moving away or changing targets during the final hits adds time without helping the escape.
- Take the animal immediately. Stop swinging once the egg breaks and use the interaction to pick up the animal. The hatch is not secured while it remains in the territory.
- Run directly to safety and your base. Use the shortest route to the Safe Zone and then your base. A guard catching you before deposit makes you drop the animal, so detours, extra eggs and unnecessary fights are poor trades after a successful break.
- Place the animal before starting another run. Deposit it at your base to turn the hatch into collection progress and passive Cash. Leaving with a second egg before placement risks losing the first animal and wastes the time spent cracking it.
- Use the pen’s growth controls. For eggs already placed in the pen, open the Growing Eggs menu and press Grow All whenever the button is available. The cited guide says this advances all incubating eggs together, making it the free way to avoid tending them one at a time.
Pickaxe upgrades: reduce the cracking bottleneck
How pickaxe power changes a run
Pickaxe power controls the damage dealt by each hit. Higher tiers therefore reduce the number of swings required to deplete an egg’s health. The exact health values for every egg and the complete tier statistics are not established here, so read the live game’s values rather than relying on a fixed online chart that may be outdated.
Use the health bar and your observed hit count as the practical test. If an egg still has substantial health after many cycles of auto-swing, it is an over-scaled target for your current tool. A cheaper egg that breaks quickly can produce more completed deposits per minute and more dependable cash for the next upgrade.
When the next pickaxe is the right purchase
- Buy it first when cracking occupies most of the time between finding an egg and picking up its animal.
- Prioritize it when you repeatedly abandon an egg because the guard arrives before the shell breaks.
- Choose the tool upgrade when a slightly easier zone lets you complete several runs while a deeper zone produces only one slow, risky attempt.
Do not judge a pickaxe by its displayed tier alone. The useful question is whether it changes the number of hits for the eggs you can reach safely. A tier that saves only a few swings may be less valuable than Speed training if the real failures happen during the return trip.

Auto-swing: remove manual input without choosing the wrong egg
Auto-swing is a time-saving control, not a substitute for suitable pickaxe power. Turn it on before you begin a farming route and stay within the egg’s interaction range. The toggle removes manual click delays, allowing the tool to keep attacking while you concentrate on positioning and the upcoming escape.
Auto-swing cannot solve three common problems:
- An egg whose health is far above the damage your pickaxe can deliver.
- Standing outside the hit range or moving so often that attacks fail to connect.
- Breaking the shell successfully but losing the animal to the guard before deposit.
For a clean test, use the same egg twice: once with manual swings and once with auto-swing, while keeping your position and tool unchanged. The difference is the click delay you removed; any remaining delay comes from egg health and pickaxe power.
Choosing eggs by health, zone and risk
Deeper zones can contain more valuable eggs, but value alone does not make them the fastest targets. They also demand stronger tools and a more reliable escape. Choose an egg by balancing its health against your pickaxe and the distance the guard can force you to travel.

There is no verified universal “best egg” without current health, value and zone data. The fastest target is the one that your present tool can break and return from consistently. Reassess after every pickaxe or Speed improvement because the best trade-off changes as your equipment changes.
Speed training and surviving the guard
Why Speed is separate from pickaxe power
Speed does not make the shell lose health faster. It reduces the time spent moving through the zone and gives you a larger margin when the guard pursues you. The treadmill is the dedicated training method: spend time on it to raise Speed before attempting routes that currently end in a capture.
How to tell whether Speed should come before a tool
Run the same egg route several times and note where failures occur. If the egg is usually broken but the guard catches you before the Safe Zone, Speed is the higher-priority investment. If you are still swinging when the guard arrives, the pickaxe comes first. If both stages are close, alternate a short treadmill session with the next affordable pickaxe purchase rather than draining all of your cash into one stat.
Use a repeatable escape route
- Before you swing, identify the path from the egg to the Safe Zone and then to your base.
- When the shell breaks, stop attacking and interact with the animal immediately.
- Run the planned line without detouring for another egg, currency pickup or fight.
- Enter the Safe Zone, continue to your base and place the animal as soon as the interaction is available.
The guard can cause the animal to be dropped if it catches you before deposit. A route that is slightly longer but repeatable is better than a theoretically shorter path that repeatedly forces a failed run.
What to do after the egg breaks
The moment of hatching is not the end of the attempt. Treat the broken shell as a transition from a stationary task to a timed extraction.
- Stop swinging: continued attacks do not improve the animal once the egg is depleted.
- Interact promptly: pick up the animal before repositioning.
- Protect the deposit: avoid experimenting with a second target until the animal is at your base.
- Confirm placement: placing the animal records collection progress and enables the passive Cash described by the game’s loop.
If a guard catches you, the animal is dropped. Do not interpret that failure as a bad egg choice automatically; check whether the shell took too many hits or whether your return speed and route were the actual causes.

Growing eggs already in your pen
Free acceleration with Grow All
Eggs that are already placed in the pen follow the growing system rather than the pickaxe-and-guard run. Open the Growing Eggs menu and select Grow All whenever it is available. According to the cited guide, this advances all incubating eggs together, so it is the first option to use before spending currency.
Make Grow All part of your normal base routine: deposit the animal from a successful run, check the pen, open the growing menu and apply the button before leaving for the next egg. This does not make the physical cracking stage faster; it prevents eggs that are already secured from sitting idle.
The optional x2 Growth pass
The cited 2026 guide lists a pass described as “Eggs Grow x2 faster!” for 467 Robux. That is the listed price in that guide, not a guaranteed worldwide checkout price; Roblox can show different regional pricing or change a pass after the guide’s publication. The pass applies automatically to eggs you grow after purchase, according to the guide.

Common mistakes and precise fixes
Attacking an egg that is too strong
Symptom: auto-swing runs for a long time, yet the shell is still healthy when the guard pressure becomes dangerous.
