How should OpenRun Pro 2 fit?
The OpenRun Pro 2 is an open-ear headset: its frame passes behind your head, while the contact points sit at your temples. Shokz describes its design as having ergonomic ear hooks, a unibody frame and integrated Ni-Ti alloy memory wire. The company says these features are intended to support secure, comfortable wear; they cannot guarantee a comfortable fit for every head shape.

How do I measure for Shokz OpenRun Pro 2?
- Use a soft measuring tape. Shokz’s sizing directions specify this method; a flexible tape you already have is sufficient.
- Start at the center of one ear, wrap the tape around the back of your head, and finish at the center of the other ear.
- Compare the measurement with Shokz’s size guide: it recommends Standard above 23.5 cm (9.25 in) and Mini below 23.5 cm (9.25 in).
The guidance does not specify which size to choose at exactly 23.5 cm. If your measurement is right at the threshold, consult Shokz’s size guide or contact Shokz support; if possible, try both sizes.

How do I choose Standard or Mini?

The measurement is Shokz’s recommendation, not a promise that a particular size will feel right. Tom’s Guide also describes the headset as not adjustable, so choosing between Standard and Mini is the practical fit adjustment supported by the available guidance. Do not bend or reshape the frame as a fit fix.
Why does my Shokz headset feel too tight or loose?
Head shape and individual fit vary, and the available product guidance does not establish how the headset will fit a particular wearer. First check that the frame is behind your head and the transducers rest at your temples. Then try the other size if the headset continues to pinch, move around, or feel uncomfortable. Do not force a fit that remains uncomfortable.

The available fit information does not establish whether glasses, a particular hairstyle, unusual ear placement, or a specific head shape will affect comfort. Treat those outcomes as individual rather than assuming universal compatibility.
