To get one Lyft receipt, open the app, go to Ride history, and tap the ride. To collect receipts for several rides, use the export control in Ride history to select trips and email yourself a Ride Report.
View a receipt for one Lyft ride
- Open the Lyft app.
- Open the app menu and tap Ride history.
- Tap the ride to view its receipt.
Lyft also emails a receipt after payment is processed. Its guidance says the email may arrive within 24 hours after a ride. See Lyft emails and receipts and In-app ride history tool.

Download receipts for multiple rides
Lyft sends selected receipts together in an emailed Ride Report. The control differs by phone platform:

- Open the Lyft app and go to Ride history.
- Tap Export on iOS, or the download icon on Android.
- Select the rides you need.
- Send the report. Lyft emails a Ride Report with a receipt for each selected ride.

Fix a missing receipt or ride
The ride appears, but the email does not
- Check that the email address in Lyft app settings is correct, then look in that inbox.
- Search for “Lyft” in your inbox and in spam or junk folders.
- Check whether messages from Lyft are blocked. Lyft lists sender addresses ending in
@lyftmail.com,@lyft.com, and@lyft.zendesk.com.

The ride is missing from Ride history
Lyft says ride details appear in Ride history after payment has been processed. The history goes back to October 2014; for an earlier receipt, Lyft directs riders to contact Support. See the Ride history tool guidance.

Send work rides to an expense system
If your organization has configured receipt forwarding, Lyft Business Profiles can send work-ride receipts to a connected expense-management system. The available providers depend on that setup. Lyft says a ride must be completed under the Business Profile to be auto-expensed; rides taken under a personal profile are not uploaded as expenses, for privacy.
