To get a Grenadian IP address while abroad, connect to a VPN server that the provider currently lists in Grenada, then check your public IP and its reported country. CometVPN advertises a Grenada endpoint and describes this setup, but its availability and performance have not been independently verified. Confirm Grenada is available in the provider’s current app or server list before subscribing.
How to get a Grenada IP address
- Check the provider’s current server list. Look for Grenada in the provider’s app or up-to-date server list, and check whether your chosen plan includes that location. Server offerings can change.
- Subscribe and install the official app. Follow the provider’s account and installation instructions for your device. CometVPN describes this general sequence on its Grenada VPN page; its service claims are provider statements, not independent verification.
- Connect to Grenada. Open the app’s location list, select Grenada, and connect. If the app does not list Grenada, do not assume a server with a nearby name will provide a Grenadian IP.
- Verify the public IP. While connected, use an IP lookup service and check that it reports a Grenadian address or country. If the result still shows your usual location, reconnect or contact the VPN provider.
What an IP lookup can—and cannot—tell you
IP lookup databases estimate where an IP address or network is associated. IPinfo entries for sample addresses 69.73.240.174 and 199.83.198.90 associate them with Saint George’s, Grenada, and local ISP networks, but the entries differ in their VPN or proxy detection. IP2Location also associates a sampled address with Greendot Grenada and classifies some addresses in its Grenada profile as VPN-related. These examples show how databases label addresses; they do not confirm that a particular VPN provider currently operates a usable Grenada server. See IPinfo’s entry for 69.73.240.174, IPinfo’s entry for 199.83.198.90, and IP2Location’s VPN provider IP list.

An IP’s reported location is not your exact physical location or proof of your identity. Databases can disagree, and location or fraud labels may be estimates that become outdated. A website may also recognize a VPN address differently from an IP lookup service. A Grenadian IP therefore does not guarantee that a streaming, banking, or other platform will accept the connection or treat you as being in Grenada.
How to choose a VPN with a Grenada location
First establish that the provider actually lists Grenada; do not infer availability from a country-location directory or from another provider’s listing. For example, NordVPN’s location-list information does not establish that it offers Grenada, so it should not be treated as a verified option on that basis: NordVPN server locations.

Before paying, check the details that affect your use case:
- Whether Grenada appears in the live app or current server list, and whether your plan includes it.
- Whether the provider identifies the endpoint as physical or virtual, if that information matters to you.
- Support for your device and operating system, plus relevant connection safeguards such as protocol choices and a kill switch.
- What the provider documents about privacy practices, and the subscription’s price and renewal terms.
- Whether the specific site or service you need accepts that IP; a country label alone cannot establish this.
The available information does not provide a verified, like-for-like comparison of providers with Grenada endpoints. CometVPN advertises one, but that listing alone does not independently establish current endpoint availability, speed, privacy protections, or access to any particular service.

Legal and service terms
Do not rely on a VPN provider’s marketing statement alone to determine whether a particular use is lawful in Grenada or where you are connecting from. If legality is material to your situation, check current authoritative local guidance. Also review the target website or service’s terms: a VPN connection does not override its location restrictions or account rules.
