Outbyte Driver Updater FREEFix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Outbyte PC Repair FREERepair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →If Saint Seiya: Legend of Justice crashes, rejects a login, or gets stuck loading, start with low-risk checks: fully close and reopen it, restart your device, check storage and software updates, then compare Wi-Fi with mobile data. These are general mobile-game troubleshooting steps, not fixes confirmed by the game’s publisher. The Google Play listing identifies the game and provides a support email, but no title-specific troubleshooting article or verified current outage notice was found.
Start with checks that do not risk your account
Try these steps in order, reopening the game after each one so you can tell whether the symptom changes. If a step makes no difference, move on rather than repeating it. General platform guidance recommends these checks, but neither the Google Play listing nor the cited general guides establish them as confirmed fixes for this specific game.

- Fully close the game. Remove it from the device’s recent-apps view so it is no longer suspended in the background, then launch it again. General mobile troubleshooting guidance recommends closing an app completely before reopening it. SEGA’s Android troubleshooting guide covers this as general advice for other games.
- Restart the device. Shut the phone or tablet down and start it again, then try the game. A restart can clear temporary device or app conditions; it is not a game-specific, publisher-confirmed fix. General guidance from BANDAI NAMCO also recommends restarting when troubleshooting its games.
- Check available storage and device software. If storage is nearly full, free some space and try again. Check the device settings for an available operating-system update as well. General support guidance identifies storage and device conditions as possible contributors to app problems. The Google Play listing does not state a minimum device specification, so these checks cannot confirm whether a device meets a game-specific requirement.
- Compare Wi-Fi and mobile data. Exit the game, switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data or the reverse, and reopen it. SEGA’s general Android guide recommends testing Wi-Fi and cellular connections separately; BANDAI NAMCO’s general FAQ identifies unstable connectivity as a possible contributor to slow loading. These sources address other games, so a change in behavior is a diagnostic clue about the connection—not proof of a game-wide login outage.
Protect your progress before reinstalling or clearing data
Do not clear the game’s app data or uninstall it as an early troubleshooting step. The Google Play listing does not explain account linking, save transfer, or recovery for Saint Seiya: Legend of Justice, and reinstalling can put locally stored progress at risk if the account is not recoverable. A general support guide advises checking whether data can be backed up before reinstalling. First confirm how your game account is linked and recovered; if you cannot confirm that, contact support before removing the app.

- Does a full restart or freeing storage change the symptom?
- Does the problem persist across separate attempts, or did it occur once?
If several players appear to encounter the same failure at the same time, check the game’s official channels if available or contact support; do not assume an outage without a verified notice. No specific official status page was verified.

What is confirmed about the game
The Google Play listing identifies Saint Seiya: Legend of Justice as a vertical-screen idle RPG, names Wanda Cinemas Games as the developer, and displays an update date of July 13, 2026. Its description calls it “The first Saint Seiya Themed Vertical Screen Idle RPG”; that is the listing’s promotional wording, not an independently verified market claim. The listing also displays “10K+” downloads, a storefront metric that does not measure affected players or technical reliability. None of these listing details confirms the cause or frequency of crashes, login errors, or loading problems.
