Epic’s Transaction History does not show purchases made through console or other third-party storefronts. For purchases through PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, or Samsung, Epic says an item can take up to two hours to appear; check the device’s date and time while you wait.
1. Confirm the account used for the purchase
Compare the Epic account signed in to Fortnite with the account shown on the purchase receipt or platform order. A bundle is tied to the account where it was purchased, earned, or claimed; Epic says cosmetics cannot be manually transferred to another Fortnite account. If you expected the skin on a different account, signing into the purchasing account is the appropriate check.

2. Check the purchase history for the store that took payment
Use the storefront’s own order record to determine whether the transaction completed. Epic’s Transaction History covers Epic Games Store purchases, not purchases processed by console or other third-party storefronts. See Epic’s instructions for reviewing Epic Games Store purchase history.

3. Allow time for a recent console or Samsung purchase
For a purchase through PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, or Samsung, Epic says it can take up to two hours to show on the account. Check that the device’s date and time are set correctly, including the intended time zone. Epic’s console-purchase troubleshooting guidance also suggests reinstalling Fortnite from the console account that made the purchase, which can help verify that the correct account is in use.
4. Escalate according to whether the order is confirmed
Epic Games Store order is confirmed
If Epic Transaction History or a receipt shows the completed order but the bundle is still missing, contact Epic Support about the missing Epic Games Store purchase. Include the order number and the name of the missing content.

5. Keep missing content separate from returns or reversals
Fortnite’s cosmetic purchase-history view covers the previous 30 days, and the V-Bucks cancel/return policy excludes cosmetic bundles. Those tools concern eligible purchase cancellations or returns, not recovery of an item that failed to appear. Check how to check cosmetic purchase history and Epic’s V-Bucks return policy if you are trying to review an eligible return instead.
A refund or payment reversal can automatically remove items. Epic says Player Support cannot restore items removed for the reasons described in its guidance; for a purchase made through a third-party seller, contact that seller or platform. See Epic’s explanation of why items may be removed.
