If the relevant objective remains open, interact with the other computer or terminal at the Security Station rather than assuming the cabinet code completed every evidence task. Walkthroughs describe the terminal layout and objective order differently, so use the objective log to identify what remains.
Complete the evidence trail to find Wilson
“Crossing the Threshold” sends you between the Field Hospital, Loading Docks, Dig Site Threshold, Security Station, and Warehouse. Treat the evidence tasks as separate interactions; collecting the code does not replace the other leads.

At the Dig Site Threshold, pick up Wilson’s ID and inspect the research-station materials, including the recording lead.

Check the objective log and finish any outstanding evidence interactions before proceeding to the Warehouse.

Clear the Warehouse enemies, then speak with Wilson there.
