Business Empire is a Nivalis Nights quest about gaining business licenses and renting venues across Nivalis. Guides place its opening around Day 4, after Ramen Noir is operating and you have met Agent Teleshko. How to start Business Empire
Prima Games says the quest becomes available on Day 4 (Thursday) after Ramen Noir is running with some staff, you have served at least 20 satisfied guests using unlocked recipes, and you have spoken with Agent Teleshko. The Nivalis Nights quest listing gives related gates: tutorial completion, Day 4 or later, 10:00 or later, and having met Teleshko. These are guide-reported conditions, not independently confirmed in a live save.

To check for the quest, operate Ramen Noir, meet Teleshko, and look at your journal after reaching the Day 4 gate. If it has not appeared, continue serving guests and check again after the relevant time or state transition.

- Rent the Boat Hangar in the Stacks.

- Rent Yummy Canteen in Industrial District.
- Rent YakiTori in Helix Monumental.
- Bring Banor on board, then speak with Teleshko again.
Help Lily Nightingale and supply the cocktail ingredients
- Find Lily Nightingale in Lowtown when directed by the journal.
- Obtain one Liquid Nitrogen, one Vodka, and one Cherries.
- Return the ingredients to Lily.
Rent the later venues and complete the permit objectives
- Rent Toshigami at Seaside Boardwalk.
- Rent Fusion Point in Eastern Residential.
- Rent Honeycomb Club at Hive Mall.
- Obtain a Tier 4 Business Permit.
- Rent Fly In at the Spire.
- Rent Obsidian Noir at Metro Hub.

What rewards and relationships are listed?
The quest-data listing names the Cheese Burger and Frosted Murder recipes, Tier 1 and Tier 2 Business Permits, and relationship counters for Agent Teleshko, Brooke Hazard, and Lily Nightingale. Its dialogue notes are drawn from scripts in game build 25680465 and explicitly distinguish data from interpreted outcomes; they do not establish that a particular dialogue choice always produces a particular reward or relationship result.
