To find posts you’ve liked on Instagram, open your profile and go to Menu → Your activity → Interactions → Likes. Tap a thumbnail to open the post or video. Instagram’s Help Center says this view shows your 300 most recent likes, not a complete lifetime archive.

What appears in the Likes view?
Instagram’s Help Center says the view contains your 300 most recent liked posts. Treat it as recent history, not as an unlimited record of every like you have ever made. The reviewed official result does not establish a complete archive or a data export that replaces one. Instagram Help Center
Where did “Posts You’ve Liked” go on Instagram?
Look under Your activity → Interactions → Likes. The feature is still described through this activity path in current how-to guidance; the wording and exact menu placement may vary as Instagram updates its interface. iTechGuides

Instagram’s Reels Friends tab is a separate feature: Meta described it as a way to see public content friends have interacted with. In an August 6, 2025 announcement, Meta also said it was rolling out controls to hide an account holder’s likes and comments on Reels and to mute activity bubbles from selected people. Those controls concern what others may see in Reels; they are not the personal Likes history described above, and rollout availability may change. Meta Newsroom
