Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsIf your Nike size is sold out, first search the exact shoe, color and size on Nike.com or in the Nike App, then ask a Nike Expert to check nearby stores. Nike does not publish a restock schedule, so there is no reliable date to wait for. For upcoming launches, use SNKRS; consider resale only after checking the specific listing and its terms.
Start with Nike’s website, app and local-store search
- Search Nike.com or the Nike App for the exact model, colorway and size. Confirm the product is the one you want before considering alternatives such as another colorway or a current model.
- If it is unavailable, contact Nike through its Expert chat. Give the Expert the style or model, size and color, and ask whether a nearby store may have it. Nike says its Experts will do their best to help locate an item at a nearby store, but that is not confirmation that a particular store has it. See Nike’s help for finding an item.
Store availability can change quickly. Confirm stock and any purchase arrangements with Nike or the store before making a trip.

When will your Nike size be available again?
Nike does not give a set restock timetable. Its Help page says, “We don’t have a set schedule to restock items—we refill our inventory as soon as stock is available, so check back frequently for updates.” That means a restock is possible, not promised; an estimated date from an unofficial source should not be treated as confirmation. Check the product page periodically. Read Nike’s restock guidance.
Use SNKRS for upcoming launches
For a shoe that has not launched yet or is part of a limited release, check the SNKRS app. Nike says it lists upcoming launches and can send notifications. Turn on relevant notifications, sign in, and have your size and checkout details ready before the release. Preparation can make it easier to act when a release opens, but it does not guarantee access to a limited pair. See Nike’s SNKRS app information and Nike’s release advice.
#1 Best Overall
- Leather and synthetic leather are durable with a classic look.
- Full-length Nike Air unit adds cushioning to your step.
- Solid rubber sole is durable and provides traction over various surfaces.
Know whether the release is Reserve or Pass
- SNKRS Reserve: a limited-window, made-to-order pre-order. Check the release details for the order window and terms; it is not a general promise that every shoe or size will be available.
- SNKRS Pass: a drawing for the chance to buy a pair reserved at a participating nearby retailer. Entry does not guarantee that you will be selected or get the shoe.
Check the release page for the specific mechanism, eligibility and timing. Nike explains SNKRS Reserve and SNKRS Pass.
Consider refurbished pairs as a lead, not a stock promise
Nike’s FY23 Impact Report describes refurbished footwear sold through stores, including items that could be sold out or limited. It is historical program information, not evidence that a particular refurbished pair is currently available near you. Ask Nike whether refurbished inventory is an option for the style and size you want, and verify the pair’s condition and terms. The report says Nike refurbished more than 680,000 pairs of footwear across 96 stores in FY23; those figures describe that fiscal year, not current inventory. See Nike’s impact reports.

If buying resale, evaluate the exact listing
When direct retail options do not work, resale may be another route for a hard-to-find pair. Check that the listing matches the exact style, colorway and size, then review condition, seller and listing information, shipping, the full price and applicable return or buyer-protection terms. Total cost and protections can vary by listing, marketplace and location.
