Where to look for real codes
1. Start with the official website
Open the official domain yourself rather than following a shortened link in a comment. Look for launch notices, event announcements, maintenance posts or reward campaigns that display the complete code and the conditions for using it. Record the announcement date and any stated end date. If a page redirects to a different domain, check that the destination is an account or site linked by the publisher, not an unrelated download page.
2. Check publisher-linked social and support channels
Publishers may repeat an event announcement on verified social accounts or in an official support notice. Follow the link from the game’s website or client when possible. An unsolicited direct message claiming to be support is not verification. Genuine support will not need your password, one-time verification code or recovery email to confirm a public reward.
3. Use community lists only as leads
Wikis and guide pages can help you discover that an event existed, but they are not publisher-maintained inventories. Entries may remain online after expiration, omit a regional restriction or contain a transcription error. Never classify a code as “working” solely because two community pages repeat the same string. Look for a matching publisher announcement and, if you decide to test it, enter it only in the game.

How to check a code before entering it
- Find the original announcement. Save the page or post URL and identify the publisher, event name and publication date. If you cannot locate an original source, treat the string as unverified.
- Read the eligibility conditions. Note the game version, region or server, start and end dates, minimum account requirements and any one-account or one-time-use rule.
- Compare every character. Copy from the original announcement and compare visually. Codes can be case-sensitive; a capital letter, lowercase letter, zero, letter O or an extra space can change the result. Do not “correct” a string based on how you think it should look.
- Check the delivery method. A real announcement should direct you to the game’s normal redemption feature or an official page. It should not require a generator, external verifier, browser extension, APK or payment.
- Redeem only in the official client. Close any page that asks for credentials or a download before you test the code. The game, not a website operator, should be the place where the code is submitted.
Keep a small record of the source, event, region, expiry and result. This prevents repeated attempts with an expired string and gives support useful information if the reward does not arrive.
Where to put a Soul Resonance code
Menu labels vary by client build. Third-party instructions describe the following in-game flow: launch the game, open your profile or settings area, choose Redemption Code or Treasure Redeem, enter the string exactly and confirm. - Launch the installed game from an official app-store installation.
- Open the profile, settings or events interface visible in your client.
- Look for Redemption Code, Treasure Redeem or an equivalent option.
- Paste or type the code from the verified announcement. Remove accidental leading or trailing spaces, but do not change the characters themselves.
- Select the confirmation button once. Repeated submissions do not extend an expiry date or bypass an account limit.
- Open in-game mail and claim the reward. Some rewards may require a separate “claim” action rather than appearing immediately in your inventory.
If none of those labels exists, check whether the client needs an update and whether you are on the intended server. Do not install an external tool to reveal a hidden menu. Use the official support route for the current client instead; menu placement can change between versions.
Are any codes active right now?
There is no canonical public list of active codes on the official page available for this topic. Community pages show examples and dates, but those entries are volatile. Without a matching publisher announcement or a successful redemption in the current client, an entry cannot be guaranteed to be active.

When you see a list, judge each line separately rather than trusting the page’s headline. A responsible listing should identify its source, publication date, region or server, stated expiry and verification status. “Unlimited,” “永久,” “guaranteed” or “working for everyone” are marketing claims, not evidence. The absence of an official list also means that a search result saying “all current codes” may simply be recycling old events.

How fake code generators work—and how to recognize them
A generator page cannot create a publisher-authorized reward. It can only display a fabricated string, collect information, push a download or redirect you to advertising. Some pages imitate a verification screen and then ask for a login, a recovery address or a one-time code. Others claim that a human-verification step requires an APK, browser extension, Discord file or desktop program. Those requests are unrelated to normal in-game redemption.
- Unlimited currency or guaranteed rare characters: official events normally describe a specific reward and conditions; promises of unlimited resources are a scam signal.
- Credentials or verification codes: no code redemption requires you to disclose your password, one-time login code or recovery email to a stranger.
- Downloads outside official app stores: an APK, extension or “helper” can contain malware or steal session data. Use the official store installation and check the developer name.
- Payment for a free code: a seller cannot make an expired or unauthorized string legitimate by charging you.
- Off-domain redirects: a page that sends you away from the official domain and app stores before showing a reward deserves no trust.
- Unsolicited support messages: an account that contacts you first and asks you to prove ownership is not verified support.
Do not test a suspicious page “just to see.” Visiting it can expose you to malicious scripts, and entering a password gives an attacker a direct target. Close the tab, remove any downloaded file without opening it, and report the account or page through the platform where you found it.

Why a code says “invalid” or “expired”
An error message usually points to a condition of the code, not a need for third-party software. Work through the relevant branch below and stop when the cause is identified.

Do not keep entering account credentials or downloading software after an error. An invalid-code message cannot be fixed by providing more personal information to the page that displayed it.
When two code lists disagree
Do not decide that one list is correct because it ranks higher in search results or has more comments. Compare the claims using the same evidence each time: source authority, publication timestamp, region or server, client version, stated expiry, redemption location and a successful test in the current client. A publisher event notice outranks a wiki entry; a newer notice can supersede an older one; and a code confirmed on one server may still fail on another.
Keep separate records for “announced,” “reported by a community member” and “redeemed successfully.” Those labels describe different levels of certainty. A page that says “tested” should identify when and on which version it was tested. If it does not, treat the statement as a repost. Never combine partial strings from several lists or remove punctuation because another site displays the code differently.
What to do if you already used a suspicious generator
If you entered a password, verification code or recovery address on an untrusted page, change the game account password through the official account interface immediately and change it anywhere else you reused it. Enable the strongest available account protection, review active sessions and contact official support through the in-game or official website route. Do not continue a conversation with the person who requested the details.

If you installed an APK, extension or Discord file, disconnect the device from sensitive accounts, uninstall the item, run the device’s trusted security scan and check for unfamiliar applications or browser extensions. An official support agent can advise on account recovery, but will not ask you to send the new password or a one-time code. Preserve the suspicious URL, account name and screenshots for a platform report without reopening the download.

Use the support entry points inside the game or the official support page’s in-game-function and contact-us routes. Describe the exact client version, region or server, account identifier requested by the official form, code source, event name, time of attempt and wording of the error. Include a screenshot of the announcement and redemption message only after removing private information.
Support should not ask you to install an APK, send a password, disclose a one-time verification code or pay to unlock a reward. If someone claiming to be support contacts you through an unsolicited direct message, end the conversation and start a new ticket through the official channel. The publisher’s terms also mean that problems with a code bought from an unauthorized third party are primarily the seller’s responsibility; buying from such a seller removes the protections of an official distribution path.
A simple decision rule
Before you enter any string, ask four questions:
- Can I trace it to the official website or a publisher-linked announcement?
- Does the announcement state the event, dates, region or version and any account limit?
- Can I submit it entirely inside the installed game, without a download, payment or credential request?
- Does the result make sense for my current client, server and account history?
If any answer is no, stop and treat the code as unverified. A genuine reward is never worth risking your account, device or personal information.
