To view an operator in Star Wars Zero Company, first hire them at the Recruitment Facility. Then, in The Den, open the map, find Personnel beside the Holotable, enter that room, and interact with the terminal behind the Holotable. Personnel lists operators already on your roster; it is not where you browse unpurchased candidates.
How to open the Personnel roster
-
Go to The Den and open the map. Look for the Personnel label beside the Holotable.

Why a recruit may not appear
Personnel shows operators who have joined your roster. Candidates are browsed and hired at the Recruitment Facility. If you can see a candidate there but not in Personnel, return to the Recruitment Facility and hire them first; the game’s databank tutorial likewise directs players to Personnel after recruiting an operator.

- Standard Edition for PlayStation 5 (disc) includes the full Star Wars Zero Company game. Single-player turn-based tactics set in the twilight of the Clone Wars—lead Hawks and Zero Company in an intense campaign.
- Build your squad from clone troopers, scoundrels, astromechs and even a Jedi—combine abilities and gear in deep Tactical-Strategy combat.
- Plan at your base, adapt on dynamic battlefields and make decisions that shape missions and replayability in this cinematic Star Wars story.
- Customise Hawks and your operatives, tailor loadouts and unlock powerful squad synergies designed for Strategy, Turn-Based and Sci-Fi fans.
The databank tutorial mentions limited recruit capacity and opportunities to increase it, but it does not establish a guaranteed current roster cap. Do not treat an early tutorial capacity as a fixed limit for every campaign.
What you can do in Personnel
The roster view provides operator stats and identifies available Focus Points. Its listed management features also include the Focus Tree, Bonds, and respec options. Which options are available can depend on the character or campaign state; the guide does not establish that every feature is available for every operator at all times.

- Play through all nine films in a new, fun filled adventure
When to check your roster
Personnel is part of between-mission management in The Den, not a required step for hiring. Missions advance the campaign to the next cycle, and StarWars.com recommends finishing Den activities before deploying. Talking with teammates can reveal backstories and unlock personal missions, so it can be useful to review the roster and handle other Den activities before heading out.
