The most efficient routine in Tower of God: New World is cyclical: unlock Conquest at Adventure 2-12, clear it whenever its 48-hour reset arrives, win Adventure and Arena battles with teammates who still need Proficiency, and spend Instruction Manuals on priority characters. Farm equipment from normal play, Loot, the Shop, Mock Battle Facility, and events; match a B-rank-or-higher item’s element to its user when possible; then enhance only gear worth keeping.
Suspendium is best treated as a pacing currency rather than an automatic EXP purchase. Proficiency levels award Suspendium and stat boosts, while Conquest tiles can contain Suspendium items. Shop packs can accelerate growth, but their contents, dates and purchase limits change with event notices. Use the live in-game Shop and notice panel before committing currency.

The resource loop at a glance
Your account grows through four linked systems rather than one endlessly repeatable stage. Proficiency improves a teammate and eventually unlocks Exclusive Equipment; Conquest supplies mixed resources on a fixed reset; Adventure and Arena wins provide guaranteed Proficiency EXP; and equipment farming and enhancement turn those gains into combat power.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems| Activity | What it reliably provides | Cadence or requirement | Best use |
|---|---|---|---|
| Conquest Mode | Proficiency EXP, Coins, Link EXP, amplification items, tile rewards and achievement rewards | Unlocks after Adventure 2-12; resets every 48 hours | Complete each reset, inspect tiles and finish achievement missions |
| Adventure and Arena victories | A fixed amount of Proficiency EXP | Granted on wins; no complete published per-minute rate table | Bring teammates below Proficiency 10 |
| Instruction Manuals | Targeted Proficiency gains | Obtained from Conquest Mode and the Shop | Direct manuals to teammates who need specific levels |
| Equipment sources | Equipment of different ranks and elements | Shop, Mock Battle Facility, Events, Loot and ordinary gameplay | Replace weak or role-incompatible pieces before spending enhancement materials |
| Shop and event packs | EXP, Coins, Loot EXP Amplification, equipment selections and growth resources | Limited-time windows, changing contents and finite limits | Buy only after checking the current notice and your currency goal |
The official guides do not publish a complete current resource-per-minute or resource-per-stage ranking. Any claim that one repeatable stage is universally “the fastest” would therefore overstate the available evidence. Compare an activity by the resource you need, its reset or entry cadence, its guaranteed rewards and what you give up by choosing it.

Unlock Conquest first, then treat every reset as a checklist
Reach Adventure 2-12
Conquest Mode becomes available after clearing Adventure Stage 2-12. Until then, push Adventure with the team that can progress reliably; farming an earlier activity cannot replace the unlock requirement.
Clear the mode every 48 hours
Netmarble’s Conquest guide states that Conquest resets every 48 hours. Put a reminder around the reset if you do not log in every day. A missed reset is lost access to that cycle’s tiles, battles and achievement progress.
Prioritize the right tiles and rewards
Conquest rewards include Proficiency EXP, Coins, Link EXP and amplification items. Inspect the board before committing to a route: tiles can contain Shinsu, Coin or Suspendium amplification, and some tiles hold other useful items. Choose a route that advances the teammates you are actively developing while still collecting valuable amplification effects.

Finish achievement missions and manage turns
Conquest achievement missions add rewards beyond individual fights. Turn count also affects extra rewards, so avoid unnecessary battles, detours or stalled attempts. Efficient play means completing the objectives with as few turns as your roster safely allows, not merely reaching the end of the board.
Use refreshes and recovery only when the value is clear
Some Conquest refreshes and recovery actions consume Suspendium. Pay only when the additional tile, reward or survival chance is worth the currency you would otherwise reserve for a confirmed upgrade. If a recovery merely saves a low-value run, restart or wait for the next cycle instead.

Farm Proficiency EXP with wins, then target gaps with manuals
Use Adventure and Arena victories for the guaranteed portion
The official Proficiency guide says a fixed amount of Proficiency EXP is awarded for winning battles in modes such as Adventure and Arena. Form teams around the teammates who still need levels, not only around the characters who are already strongest. This converts battles you are already running into roster progress.
Understand what changes at Proficiency 10
When a teammate reaches Proficiency 10, using that teammate in a winning battle no longer advances that character’s Proficiency. Instead, the system produces Instruction Manuals that can be redirected to characters who still have levels to gain. This lets a developed team help finish a less-developed teammate without discarding the EXP value of future wins.

Spend manuals by target and grade
Instruction Manuals are targeted items, so reserve them for a milestone that matters to your current team. The documented grades are Common, Uncommon, Rare and element-specific Premium manuals. Match the manual grade to the progression you want rather than consuming the first manual in your inventory without a plan.
- Common: Use for ordinary early progression when a teammate is far below your active team.
- Uncommon: Save for the next meaningful level band once Common manuals no longer move the character efficiently.
- Rare: Apply to a priority teammate whose next Proficiency milestones unlock more valuable stats or systems.
- Element-specific Premium: Reserve for the appropriate element when you need precise, late-stage progression.
Conquest Mode and the Shop are documented sources of these manuals. Because shop inventory and event offers change, inspect the item description and current limit before spending Suspendium on a manual bundle.
How Proficiency rewards affect Suspendium and power
Proficiency levels provide both Suspendium and stat boosts, creating a feedback loop: developing the roster can return some of the currency used for development while making future battles easier. The reward is tied to reaching the levels, not to buying a shortcut, so use battles and manuals to move the teammates that will actually enter your teams.

Unlock Exclusive Equipment at Proficiency 10
Proficiency Level 10 activates each teammate’s Exclusive Equipment. This is a major checkpoint when deciding whether to spread resources across many characters or finish a smaller group. If a character is a core member of your next team, reaching 10 can be more valuable than giving a low-priority character a few unconnected levels.
Enhance Exclusive Equipment with the correct extracts
Exclusive Equipment enhancement uses extract tiers tied to the enhancement range:
| Enhancement range | Extract required |
|---|---|
| +0 to +9 | Common extracts |
| +10 to +19 | Uncommon extracts |
| +20 to +29 | Rare extracts |
| +30 to +40 | Element-specific Premium extracts |
Exclusive Equipment enhancement materials come from Loot or the Shop. Check the next skill unlock before using a scarce extract tier; stopping immediately before a useful milestone can leave materials tied up without the effect you wanted.
Know the grade-scroll milestones
The Proficiency guide lists 30 Grade Enhancement Scrolls for an R-to-SR enhancement and 60 Grade Enhancement Scrolls for an SR-to-SSR enhancement. Treat these as separate material targets when planning a roster: reaching Proficiency 10 and improving a character’s grade are related goals, but they consume different resources.
Farm equipment from every supported source
Where equipment comes from
Netmarble’s Equipment guide states that equipment can be obtained from the Shop, Mock Battle Facility, Events or as Loot. Normal gameplay also supplies pieces, so check your inventory after regular clears instead of assuming a shop purchase is required. Event equipment and selection packs may be time-limited; claim or use them according to the event’s stated window.

Choose a piece by role before rank
Compare two items in this order:
- Teammate-role compatibility: A piece that supports the character’s job is preferable to a higher-rank item that does not fit the kit.
- Rank: Once the role is correct, use the higher-rank option when its material cost is justified.
- Element match: For B-rank-or-higher equipment, matching the equipment element to the teammate’s element gives the documented 30% equipment-stat increase.
- Current enhancement: Include the levels already invested and the materials needed to catch the replacement up.
- Ticket value: Decide whether the piece is valuable enough to justify an Equipment Element Change Ticket.
The 30% figure is the increase documented in the current official Equipment guide for a matching element. It is not a promise that every higher-rank, mismatched item will be worse; compare the complete item, role and enhancement state before replacing it.
Do not enhance disposable gear
Enhancement is available for D-rank-or-higher equipment. Feed unwanted equipment or use Enhancement Hammers, but first decide whether the item is a keeper. Enhancing a low-rank placeholder can consume materials that would produce a larger gain on a B-rank-or-higher piece you plan to keep.
Handle element changes carefully
B-rank-or-higher equipment can have its element changed with an Equipment Element Change Ticket. The ticket is consumed even if you cancel the change. Confirm the desired element, the teammate who will use the item and the resulting build before opening the change interface; cancelling is not a free preview.
A practical daily and 48-hour farming routine
- Check current notices first. Look at the in-game Notice panel and Shop for active Conquest, growth, EXP and equipment offers, their expiry dates and their purchase limits.
- Clear available Conquest. If you have unlocked it at Adventure 2-12, inspect tiles for amplification and Suspendium items, complete achievement missions and keep the turn count efficient.
- Run winning battles with unfinished teammates. Use Adventure or Arena teams that include characters below Proficiency 10 whenever those battles are already part of your routine.
- Convert excess value after Proficiency 10. A teammate already at 10 can generate Instruction Manuals from wins; direct those manuals to a priority character and use the grade that matches the target milestone.
- Sort equipment. Keep role-compatible pieces, favor rank, check element matching and compare existing enhancement before investing.
- Enhance only selected gear. Use spare equipment or Enhancement Hammers on D-rank-or-higher keepers. Hold tickets until the element change is certain.
- Advance Exclusive Equipment. At Proficiency 10, use the extract tier for the next enhancement band and stop when the next skill milestone is not worth the material cost.
- Reserve Suspendium for high-value acceleration. Buy a limited pack, refresh or recovery action only after checking the current offer and deciding what concrete milestone it completes.
This routine separates guaranteed progression from optional acceleration. You continue earning Proficiency through wins and Conquest while preserving Suspendium for a purchase or action that has a defined purpose.
When Auto Clear saves time—and when it does not
Conquest Auto Clear becomes available after clearing Adventure 3-20 and manually completing at least one Conquest. It also requires Auto Clear Tickets. Auto Clear cannot be used on a Conquest that is still in progress, so finish or abandon the active run before attempting an automated clear.
Best Value
Use tickets after you understand the route and reward value of a cycle. Manual clears are preferable while you are learning tile choices, completing new achievement missions or trying to optimize turn count. Once those conditions are met, Auto Clear converts a known repeat run into a time-saving reset task.
How to decide whether Suspendium should buy EXP, gear or summons
Buy EXP or growth packs when they finish a known breakpoint
Official notices periodically list an EXP Pack containing Loot EXP Amplification and Coins, along with growth-resource chests and other limited offers. These products have specific sale windows and finite purchase limits. A pack is easier to justify when its contents finish a Proficiency, grade, Exclusive Equipment or team-level breakpoint you have already identified; it is harder to justify when it merely adds a small amount to a broad, unfocused roster.
Choose equipment offers when the item replaces a real bottleneck
Notices have also listed S Equipment Selection Packs and equipment-enhancement packs for Suspendium. Compare a selection-pack item with your current role-compatible, element-matched gear and the cost of enhancing it. A selectable piece has the most value when it solves a missing role or produces a clearly larger upgrade than the equipment already in use.
Do not treat summons as the default farming purchase
Summons may improve a roster, but they do not directly guarantee the Proficiency EXP, manuals, Coins or equipment materials needed for a specific farming plan. If your immediate problem is an under-leveled core teammate or an unenhanced weapon, target the resource that fixes that problem before spending Suspendium on a chance-based purchase.
Check the live offer, not an old screenshot
Pack contents, dates, prices, rates and limits change. The official notices are snapshots of particular sales rather than permanent prices or rules. Open the current Shop and notice panel in your version of the game immediately before buying.
Common mistakes and their fixes
- Chasing an unverified “best stage.” No complete current per-stage or per-minute table is published in the cited guides. Fix this by comparing guaranteed rewards and your time, not by trusting an unsupported universal ranking.
- Ignoring the 48-hour Conquest reset. Fix it with a recurring reminder and a short reset-day checklist.
- Using only already-maxed teammates. Wins with those characters can produce manuals instead of direct Proficiency progress. Include teammates below 10, then redirect manuals deliberately.
- Enhancing the first item that drops. Fix this by checking role, rank, element and future material cost before feeding equipment or Hammers.
- Cancelling an element change casually. The Equipment Element Change Ticket is still consumed. Confirm the destination element before committing.
- Spending on refreshes without a target. Suspendium spent on recovery or refresh should produce a reward or survival result worth more than the currency saved for a permanent upgrade.
- Assuming a shop pack is permanent. Sale windows and limits are event-specific. Verify the notice date and remaining purchases.
- Starting Auto Clear too early. Auto Clear requires Adventure 3-20, one manual Conquest clear and tickets, and it cannot run while a Conquest is in progress. Meet all three conditions first.
What is known—and what remains variable
The documented rules provide firm planning anchors: Conquest unlocks at Adventure 2-12, resets every 48 hours, Adventure and Arena wins award a fixed amount of Proficiency EXP, Proficiency 10 unlocks Exclusive Equipment, and matching a B-rank-or-higher equipment element produces the stated 30% stat increase. The guides also note that some information was written in a test environment and may change.
Exact drop rates, a complete stage-by-stage efficiency ranking, future pack contents and event limits are not established by those guides. Treat the live game’s descriptions and notices as authoritative for your current edition. A September 2026 maintenance notice described a 1,000-Suspendium mailbox reward available for 24 hours after maintenance; that was a time-limited notice, not a permanent income source.
Quick Recap
Recommended priority order
- Unlock Conquest at Adventure 2-12 and clear each 48-hour cycle.
- Push core teammates toward Proficiency 10 through wins and targeted manuals.
- Unlock Exclusive Equipment at 10 and spend extracts only on planned enhancement bands.
- Replace role-incompatible equipment, then prioritize rank and matching element.
- Enhance keeper gear with spare equipment or Hammers; protect element-change tickets.
- Use Auto Clear after Adventure 3-20 and one manual Conquest clear when tickets are available.
- Spend Suspendium on a current, limited offer only when it completes a defined upgrade rather than simply increasing inventory.
