For a copy of data associated with your Yandex account, sign in to the correct Yandex ID on Your data on Yandex, select Download data, then choose Create archive. Yandex says it will email you when the password-protected archive is ready; if you do not use Yandex Mail, check the data page for its status. Browser data and Yandex Mail messages have separate export or transfer methods, so the account archive is not a universal export format.
Choose the export route that fits your goal

Request an archive of your Yandex account data
- Open Your data on Yandex and sign in. Confirm that the displayed account is the Yandex ID whose data you want.
- Select Download data, then select Create archive.
- Wait for Yandex’s email notification that the archive is ready. If the account does not have Yandex Mail, return to the data page and check the archive status there.
- Use Yandex ID Help for guidance on the password and opening the archive.
Yandex describes the archive as password-protected. The account-export instructions do not establish a guaranteed preparation duration, a complete inventory of archive contents, or the detailed steps for retrieving its password. Check the current data page and Yandex ID Help for instructions specific to your account.

Move or export Yandex Browser data
Sync selected data to another device
To move browser information between devices, use Yandex Browser sync with your Yandex ID and select the data you want to sync. Yandex lists bookmarks, passwords and cards, autofill, history, tabs, extensions, and settings as transferable data. Its help estimates copying data to or from the server can take up to 20 minutes, depending on connection speed and data volume. That estimate applies to browser sync, not to preparing the account archive.

Save bookmarks or passwords as files
Yandex Browser can export bookmarks as an HTML file. Passwords can be exported as a password-protected ZIP archive or as CSV. Yandex warns that the CSV is unencrypted, so anyone who can access that file may be able to read the passwords. Prefer the protected archive where it meets your needs, and handle either export as highly sensitive: store it securely and remove it from places where it is no longer needed.
Export Yandex Mail messages through an email client
Yandex Mail documents message export by configuring an email client for the account, then using the client’s own export tools. In its Outlook instructions, Yandex describes exporting to a PST file for use with Outlook or to CSV for another program. Those are Outlook-specific options, not universal Yandex Mail formats.

The Outlook procedure says to enable Include subfolders to export email, contacts, and calendar. If you use another email client, follow its export procedure and check which data and formats it supports; the available results depend on that client.

Keep your exports safe
- Before starting, verify the signed-in Yandex ID and, for browser sync, the active browser profile.
- Treat the account archive and browser password exports as sensitive, even when an archive is password-protected.
- A CSV password export is not encrypted. Avoid leaving it in shared folders or on devices other people can access.
- External storage is optional, not a requirement for requesting an account archive. Yandex Browser help describes copying a browser profile to external storage, such as a flash drive, as one option for keeping a local copy.
