How do I downgrade or change my Apple One subscription?
Apple provides plan changes through the subscription’s See All Plans screen. Use the device or account where you are signed in with the Apple Account that pays for Apple One.

On iPhone, iPad, or Apple Vision Pro
- Open Settings.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Apple One.
- Tap See All Plans.
- Select the plan you want and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the change.
On the web
- Go to account.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account used for Apple One.
- Select Apple One, then choose See All Plans.
- Follow the prompts. If web management is unavailable, Apple may offer Continue on Device.
On Mac or Windows
- Mac: Open the App Store account and subscription controls, select Apple One, and choose See All Plans.
- Windows: Open Apple Music or Apple TV, choose View My Account, open subscription management, select Edit beside Apple One, choose a different plan, and follow the prompts.

What should I check before choosing a lower tier?
Compare the plans available in your country or region against the services and storage you actually use. Apple One’s Individual, Family, and Premier tiers have different service bundles and iCloud+ storage allocations; some Premier services are not available everywhere. - Services: Check whether the lower tier still includes the Apple services you use.
- iCloud+ capacity: Compare the tier’s storage allocation with your current needs and any separate iCloud+ subscription.
- Family sharing: Family and Premier can be shared with up to five other family members. With Individual, Apple Music is not shareable through the family plan, although Apple says Apple TV, iCloud+, and Apple Arcade can be shared.
- Regional availability: Verify that services you rely on are included where you live.
If you already pay separately for iCloud+
If your separate iCloud+ plan has more storage than the amount included with Apple One, Apple says the separate plan remains billed separately and the storage is combined. Review the storage and billing shown for your account before confirming a downgrade. Details are in Apple’s Apple One support article.
How do I switch from Apple One Family to Individual?
Open Apple One’s See All Plans screen using the steps above, select Individual if it is offered, and follow the confirmation prompts. Before switching, consider whether family members depend on Apple Music sharing: Apple says Individual does not share Apple Music through the family plan, while Apple TV, iCloud+, and Apple Arcade can be shared. Plan contents and sharing options can vary by region.

Why can’t I find Apple One in Subscriptions?
First check which Apple Account or provider is billing the subscription. Apple recommends checking the receipt for the Apple Account used to subscribe. If you cannot find an Apple receipt, inspect your card or bank statement for the billing company; if another provider bills you, contact that provider for cancellation help. Follow Apple’s subscription troubleshooting guidance.

To end the bundle, go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Apple One > Cancel Subscription. Changing tiers is handled through See All Plans; cancellation is a separate action. If there is no Cancel button or the page says the subscription is expired, Apple says it is already canceled. If Apple One is missing, identify the Apple Account or outside provider responsible for billing.
