To claim a MONOPOLY GO event reward, open the live event, tournament, or Quick Wins panel, complete the listed objective, and press “Tap to Claim!” when the control appears. Then check your dice balance, sticker album, cash, or event progress to confirm that the reward posted.
If a milestone payout is missing, restart the game, verify that you are signed into the intended account, install any available update, and check the event again after the relevant reset. Quick Wins resets at 1pm UTC. If the reward still does not appear, contact Scopely support with the event name, milestone, time, device, account details requested by support, and screenshots.

How MONOPOLY GO rewards are credited
MONOPOLY GO uses several reward flows. A tournament can award prizes for your final position, an event can unlock milestone prizes as you earn points, and Quick Wins uses daily tasks that feed a weekly prize bar. These systems look similar but do not always use the same panel or timing.
The important distinction is between finishing an objective and claiming the resulting reward. In Quick Wins, the official instructions explicitly say: “When completing a task, press “Tap to Claim!” to earn points towards the weekly prize bar located at the bottom of the Quick Wins page.” A completed board, collection, or task therefore may not be credited until you use the in-game claim control.

Claim an event or milestone reward
- Open the live activity. From the MONOPOLY GO home screen, open the current event, tournament, or the Quick Wins panel. The icon and location can change after an app update, so use the panel currently displayed in your game.
- Read the objective and milestone. Confirm the task, point requirement, or placement target. Event thresholds and prize contents are live values; an old online chart may describe a different run of the event.
- Complete the requirement. Earn the required points, finish the listed task, or reach the displayed milestone while the activity is active.
- Use the claim control. When the reward becomes available, press “Tap to Claim!” rather than simply leaving the panel. Wait for the claim animation or confirmation to finish.
- Verify the account. Check the relevant balance or inventory. Dice should change in the dice balance, stickers in the sticker album, and event points or a weekly prize in the event panel. If the reward is a cash or item grant, note the before-and-after balance where possible.
Do not rely on a notification alone. The balance, inventory, or progress bar is the authoritative confirmation visible to you in the client.
Quick Wins: the daily reset that can affect a payout
Quick Wins presents three tasks during each 24-hour period. The official Help Center article identifies 1pm UTC as the daily reset. A task completed after the reset belongs to the new period, and a missed day can explain why the weekly prize bar has one fewer point than expected.
Check the current Quick Wins period
- Open Quick Wins and count the tasks shown for the current period.
- Compare the displayed progress with the number of tasks you actually claimed, not merely completed.
- Convert the reset to your local time before deciding that a task vanished. For example, 1pm UTC is 9am Eastern Daylight Time during daylight-saving months and 8am Eastern Standard Time outside them; use the UTC reference when your region changes clocks.
- After the reset, reopen Quick Wins and look for the new task set and updated weekly bar.
Quick Wins progress is separate from the milestone ladder in another event. A missing weekly-bar point should be investigated in Quick Wins rather than in a tournament results screen.
Confirm what kind of reward is missing
Identifying the reward type narrows the check you need to make. Use the live panel and your account records rather than a community list, because event names, thresholds, and reward contents change.

Fix a missing milestone payout
Work through these checks in order. They address the most common differences between an unclaimed reward and a reward that failed to post.
1. Reopen the activity and claim it again
Close the event panel, open it again, and look for a claim button or an uncollected milestone marker. If the game was interrupted during the completion animation, the reward can remain available in the panel. Press “Tap to Claim!” and wait for the confirmation before switching screens.
2. Fully restart MONOPOLY GO
Exit the game rather than leaving it suspended in the background, then launch it again. A temporary client or connection issue can prevent the reward state from refreshing. After the restart, open the same event and check both the milestone panel and the destination balance.

3. Verify the signed-in account
Make sure the game is connected to the account you intended to use. An account mismatch can make a legitimate reward appear to be missing because the progress was recorded on another profile. Check the account identity shown in the game settings or profile area before repeating a task.

4. Install an available update
Check your device’s app store for a MONOPOLY GO update and install it if one is available. Updates can move reward panels, change how a feature is displayed, temporarily disable a feature, or require a connected account. Relaunch the game after updating and inspect the live event panel again.
5. Check the event window and reset time
Confirm that the event is still active and that you are looking at the correct day or tournament result. For Quick Wins, use the 1pm UTC reset as the boundary. A task from the previous period may no longer be visible after the reset, while a weekly bar can still show the points that were actually claimed.
6. Look for the reward in the right destination
Some rewards do not appear as a separate pop-up after a restart. Check the dice balance, sticker album, cash total, or event bar directly. If you recorded the balance before claiming, compare it with the current total after allowing a short moment for the account to synchronize.

7. Retry a promotion only when the game says it is eligible
For a reward link or code, return to the official redemption flow and follow its current instructions. Repeatedly opening an old link will not restore a promotion that has expired, been disabled, or already been claimed.

8. Contact official support when the evidence still does not match
Use Scopely’s official MONOPOLY GO support route if the reward remains absent after the restart, account, update, timing, and balance checks. Support is the authority for account-level corrections; a community tracker cannot change your inventory.

How reward links and codes differ from event milestones
The official MONOPOLY GO website provides a reward-code form, and Scopely has published promotional reward links. These promotions are separate from an event milestone you earn inside the game. A link may be valid only for a limited period or for eligible accounts.
Independent troubleshooting guidance identifies several reasons a promotional link may fail: it can be expired, already claimed, disabled by Scopely, unavailable to the account that opened it, or affected by a temporary issue. A failed link does not by itself prove that an in-game milestone payout failed. Check the event panel and account balance separately.
Safe checks for a promotional reward
- Use the official MONOPOLY GO reward-code form or a link published through an official Scopely channel.
- Make sure the game is connected to the account that should receive the item.
- Check whether the promotion has already been redeemed on that account.
- After redemption, open the game and inspect the relevant balance or inventory.
- If the promotion concerns an in-game reward and the account is still missing it, provide the link or code details to official support without assuming that a third-party tracker can restore it.
What to send Scopely support
A precise report gives support enough context to locate the event and account transaction. Include:
- The exact event, tournament, or Quick Wins task name.
- The milestone or objective you reached and the reward you expected.
- The approximate date and time, including your time zone or UTC if known.
- Your device type and platform.
- The account identifier requested by the support form.
- Screenshots of the completed objective, milestone panel, claim state, and current balance.
- The troubleshooting steps already attempted, such as restarting, updating, checking the account, and reopening the event.
Describe the sequence in chronological order: what you completed, whether “Tap to Claim!” appeared and was pressed, what the panel showed afterward, and where the balance was checked. Avoid sending unrelated screenshots or multiple reports that describe the same incident; one complete case is easier to follow.
If the event ended before you collected the reward
An ended event changes what you can do in the client. First reopen MONOPOLY GO and check whether the result, milestone history, or inventory reflects the payout despite the event panel closing. If the reward is still absent, record the event name, milestone, completion time, account, and evidence before contacting support.
Do not assume that an old milestone chart or a recycled link can recreate the reward. Event thresholds and contents are live, and promotional links can expire or be disabled. Support may be able to investigate an account record, but no published guarantee says that every missed or expired payout will be restored.

Prevent future missed claims
- Open the event panel immediately after completing an objective.
- Press “Tap to Claim!” and wait for the confirmation.
- Take a screenshot when a high-value milestone appears complete.
- Check the destination balance or album before leaving the game.
- Remember the Quick Wins reset at 1pm UTC and claim each daily task before that boundary.
- Keep the app current and confirm the intended account after an update or device change.
- Use official redemption channels instead of assuming that a third-party list controls eligibility.
What can and cannot be inferred from an old reward list
An archived event table can help explain terminology, but it cannot establish the reward for the event currently on your screen. Milestone thresholds, event names, prize contents, app versions, and promotional links are volatile. Treat the live in-game panel as the current source for what you must complete and what you can claim.
There is also no authoritative statistic for how often milestone payouts go missing or what their average value is. Individual player reports cannot be converted into a general failure rate. For a specific account, the useful evidence is the claim state, timing, account identity, client version, and balance record.
