What the Trash King reward is
Trash King is a Rocket Raccoon costume, not a weapon, emote, or paid Store bundle. NetEase’s Version 20261015 patch notes describe it as the free costume reward for All Hallows’ Glow: completing the event missions earns Rocket Raccoon’s Trash King costume at no charge.

A current cosmetic database, RivalsHeroes, classifies Trash King as an Epic costume released on October 15, 2026, during Season 10. That database also lists matching Trash King spray and nameplate cosmetics. The spray and nameplate are separate cosmetic items; earning or equipping the costume does not automatically mean those items are selected for use.

Check the deadline before you begin
Convert the two UTC timestamps to your own time zone before planning the final session. The event starts and ends at the same UTC hour, so the local calendar date may differ from the date shown above. The critical point is the exact end timestamp, not the end of your local day.
Because the official notes do not promise a grace period, finish the missions and collect the reward before November 13, 2026, 09:00 UTC. Do not assume that an unfinished mission, an unclaimed reward, or an item left in an event track will remain available after the event closes.
NetEase has not stated in the cited official material whether Trash King will return in a rerun or receive another acquisition route. Treat the event deadline as the supported opportunity to obtain it, and rely on later official announcements for any future availability.

- An updated copy of Marvel Rivals with the All Hallows’ Glow event visible in the main menu.
- Access to the account on which you want the costume. Event cosmetics are credited to the account that completes and claims the reward.
- Enough time to complete the missions shown by your live event interface before the UTC deadline.
- A stable connection while claiming. Finishing an objective and receiving credit are different from merely meeting its requirement in a match.
The patch notes confirm that event missions award Trash King, but they do not publish the individual mission list. Your in-game event panel is therefore the authoritative place to see the current objectives, progress counters, mode restrictions, and reward requirements. Mission wording can change with live-event UI updates, so follow the text displayed in your client rather than an old checklist copied from another player.
How to claim the free Trash King costume
1. Update and launch the game
Install any available update, then launch Marvel Rivals during the All Hallows’ Glow event window. If the event does not appear, verify that the client has finished updating and return to the main menu after signing in. A maintenance period or an out-of-date client can temporarily hide live-event panels.
2. Open All Hallows’ Glow
From the main menu, select the All Hallows’ Glow event page. Look for the event tile, banner, or button presented by your platform’s current interface. The exact location can move when the main menu is redesigned, but the event name is the identifying label.
3. Read every mission requirement
Review the mission cards before entering a match. Note the objective, any required game mode, the progress amount, and whether the mission is active or locked behind another task. The official announcement confirms the reward but does not enumerate the individual objectives, so do not rely on a presumed mission list.

Some event interfaces show progress immediately after a match; others require returning to the event page. Record the counter you see before playing so you can tell whether the game credited the completed objective.
4. Complete the required objectives
Play the modes and matches specified by the live mission text. When an objective is measured numerically, complete enough qualifying actions to reach the displayed total. If a mission names a particular mode, hero, or match condition, actions outside that condition may not count even if they look similar.
Stay through the match-result screen when possible. Leaving early can prevent a result from being recorded, depending on the objective. After the match, open the event panel and confirm that the progress counter changed.
5. Return to the reward track
Once the required missions are complete, reopen the All Hallows’ Glow reward track. The costume should change from unavailable or locked to a state that allows collection. The official notes establish that completing the missions awards Trash King; they do not guarantee one universal button label across every platform or patch.
6. Select the claim control if it appears
If the reward tile shows Claim, select it and wait for the confirmation or inventory update. Your client may use a slightly different label, such as a collect prompt, while performing the same action. Do not leave the event page immediately after finishing the final mission: confirm that the reward has actually been credited.
If the tile remains locked, inspect each mission for a missing objective, a mode restriction, or a second-stage requirement. A completed-looking match is not enough unless the event counter has registered it.

How to equip Trash King on Rocket Raccoon
Claiming the reward and equipping it are separate actions. After the costume is credited, use the documented costume workflow:
- Open Hero Gallery from the main menu.
- Select Rocket Raccoon from the hero roster.
- Open the hero’s Costumes section.
- Find and select Trash King.
- Press Equip on the costume entry.
PC Gamer’s documented costume workflow places the acquire or equip control on the costume entry in Hero Gallery or the Store. For this event reward, Hero Gallery is the clearest route because the costume should already belong to your account after you claim it. If the button still says acquire or the item is unavailable, return to the event page and verify the claim first.

After selecting Equip, back out to the hero list and reopen Rocket Raccoon’s costume page. Trash King should display the game’s equipped indicator. Entering a practice or regular match is an additional visual check, but it is not required to activate the costume.
How to verify that the reward was credited
Use more than one check if the costume does not appear immediately:
- Reopen the All Hallows’ Glow reward track and confirm that the reward tile no longer offers a claim action.
- Open Hero Gallery → Rocket Raccoon → Costumes and look for Trash King in the list.
- Select the costume and check whether the action is Equip rather than a purchase or acquisition prompt.
- Leave Hero Gallery and open it again to refresh the inventory display.
A short display delay can occur after collecting an event item. Returning to the main menu and reopening Hero Gallery is a sensible first refresh. If the item remains missing, restart the game and sign back into the same account before attempting the missions again.
What to do if a mission is not counting
Check the exact objective
Read the mission card word for word. “Play,” “win,” “deal damage,” “use an ability,” and similar terms describe different counters. A mission that names a mode may ignore progress earned elsewhere. The live event panel, rather than a general match summary, determines whether the requirement has been met.

Finish the match and inspect the counter
Remain until the result screen, then return to All Hallows’ Glow. If the counter did not change, repeat the objective in the specified mode and check again. Avoid assuming that a visual action during a match equals credited event progress.
Refresh the client
Exit to the main menu, reopen the event page, and restart the game if necessary. This refreshes the event panel and can display credit that was granted after the match ended. Make sure you are signed into the account that played the qualifying match.
Allow time before the deadline
Do not schedule the final mission for the last minutes of November 13. Server processing, a disconnect, or an uncredited result could leave the reward incomplete when the event closes. Complete the objectives early enough to reopen the reward track and claim Trash King while the event is still active.

First confirm that the final reward was collected rather than merely unlocked. Then navigate directly to Hero Gallery → Rocket Raccoon → Costumes. If Trash King is not listed, return to the event panel, exit the game, and relaunch it. This sequence checks both the reward state and the cosmetic inventory without repeating missions unnecessarily.

Check that you are viewing Rocket Raccoon’s costume list, not another hero’s cosmetics or a Store preview. The costume belongs specifically to Rocket Raccoon, so it will not appear in another hero’s gallery.
If the reward remains absent after a restart and the event panel shows that it was claimed, preserve any visible confirmation and contact the game’s official support channel. Include your platform, account identifier as requested by support, the event name, and the approximate claim time. Do not spend currency on a replacement item while investigating; the event reward is documented as free.

Epic is a cosmetic rarity label. It does not change Rocket Raccoon’s abilities, damage, health, movement, or matchmaking. Equipping Trash King changes the character’s appearance while leaving gameplay statistics governed by the current hero design and balance patch.
Can you buy Trash King in the Store?
The documented acquisition route is the All Hallows’ Glow event, where missions award the costume for free. That means you should not need Store currency to obtain it during the event. If you see a costume entry in a Store-like interface, check whether it is an informational preview or an actual acquisition prompt; the official event announcement does not describe a paid purchase route for Trash King.

What happens after November 13, 2026?
The official material cited for this event gives the end time but does not promise a rerun, Store sale, battle-pass inclusion, Twitch Drop, or other alternate route. Accordingly, there is no confirmed post-event method to claim Trash King. Complete and claim the reward by November 13, 2026, 09:00 UTC rather than waiting for a possible return.
If NetEase later announces a rerun or a new acquisition method, that announcement would supersede the current availability information. Until then, treat any unverified claim that the costume will return as speculation.
A safe completion checklist
- Confirm the All Hallows’ Glow event is visible in your updated client.
- Check the event’s displayed mission requirements and qualifying modes.
- Complete each required objective and verify progress on the event page.
