Have at least one identifier from the original application available:
#1 Best Overall
- PAN: the Permanent Account Number used in the IPO application.
- Application number: the application reference generated by your broker, bank or IPO platform.
- DP ID and Client ID: the demat-account identifiers used for the application.
Use the identifier associated with the application you are checking. A mismatch between the submitted details and the value entered on the enquiry page can produce no result even when the application was valid.
How to check allotment on the MUFG Intime registrar website
MUFG Intime is the named registrar for this issue, so its issue-specific page is the primary route. Open the official MUFG Intime public-issues page rather than relying on an unverified status link shared on social media.
- Open the public-issues page. Load the MUFG Intime India page in a current browser.
- Choose the issue. Open the issue selector and select Sahajanand Medical Technologies Limited. The name may not be listed until the basis of allotment is uploaded.
- Select a search method. Choose PAN, application number, or DP ID/Client ID.
- Enter the requested value. Type the identifier exactly as it appears in your application or demat records.
- Complete the captcha. If the page displays a captcha, enter it before continuing.
- Submit the enquiry. Click the page’s Submit or Search control and wait for the result instead of repeatedly refreshing during processing.
- Save the outcome. Record the number of shares allotted and retain a screenshot or downloaded copy for your records.
The result is an allocation enquiry, not a trading confirmation. A successful allotment should also be reflected in the demat account after the scheduled credit date, while the corresponding blocked amount is debited according to the shares actually allotted.

Checking through BSE if the registrar page does not work
The BSE application enquiry page is a fallback route. Its labels can differ from the registrar’s page, so follow the fields shown on the BSE form.
- Open the BSE application enquiry page.
- Set the issue type to Equity.
- Select Sahajanand Medical Technologies Limited from the issue list.
- Enter the application number or PAN requested by the form.
- Clear the captcha and run the search.
If the issue is not available in the BSE selector, the exchange may not yet have published the relevant enquiry data. In that case, use the registrar page again after the basis is live rather than substituting a different issue name.
Checking through NSE
NSE provides an Equity and SME IPO Bid Details workflow. The NSE route is useful for verifying bid information and checking the application through the exchange system.
- Open the NSE IPO bid-details page.
- Select the workflow for IPO bid details.
- Choose Sahajanand Medical Technologies Limited.
- Enter the application number and PAN requested by the form.
- Submit the enquiry and review the returned details.
The registrar remains the issue-specific allocation source. Use the NSE result as an exchange-side check, particularly when you need to confirm that the bid details associated with your PAN and application number were received.

Registrar, BSE or NSE: which route should you use?
| Route | Best use | Identifiers stated for the enquiry | Availability consideration |
|---|---|---|---|
| MUFG Intime registrar | Primary allotment-status check for this issue | PAN, application number, or DP ID/Client ID | The issue may appear only after the basis of allotment is uploaded. |
| BSE | Fallback application enquiry | Application number or PAN | Requires the issue to be present in BSE’s enquiry selector. |
| NSE | Exchange-side IPO bid-details check | Application number and PAN | Requires the issue and bid data to be available in NSE’s workflow. |
For the clearest allocation answer, start with MUFG Intime. Use BSE or NSE when the registrar page is temporarily unavailable, when you want an independent bid check, or when your broker directs you to an exchange enquiry page.
How to read the allotment result
| Message or outcome | Meaning | What happens next |
|---|---|---|
| Shares allotted greater than zero | You received the number of shares displayed. | The value of those shares is debited from the amount that was blocked for the application, subject to the applicable payment process. |
| Shares allotted: zero | No shares were allocated to that application. | The blocked amount should be released according to the published refund and UPI-unblocking schedule. |
| Fewer shares than applied for | The application received a partial allotment. | Only the value of the allotted shares is debited; the balance of the blocked amount should be released. |
| No Records Found | The system has not matched a record for the details submitted. | Check the identifier and issue selection, then retry when the allotment data is available. |
| Application Rejected | The application was not accepted for allotment. | Review the payment and application details and contact the broker or registrar if the rejection appears incorrect. |
Why you may see “No Records Found”
This message does not automatically mean that you were rejected. The two most common explanations identified for this issue are timing and data entry:
- The basis is not live yet. The registrar may have received the issue details but not uploaded the final allotment file.
- The details do not match. An incorrect PAN, application number, DP ID/Client ID, or issue selection can prevent a match.
Return to the issue selector and verify that the full company name is selected. Compare the value entered with the application acknowledgement supplied by your broker or bank. If the page remains unavailable after the scheduled basis date, try the BSE or NSE enquiry route and contact the intermediary that submitted the application.

The issue information lists several possible causes for an “Application Rejected” result:
Recommended Free Tools
- PAN details did not match the application records.
- The UPI mandate was not approved.
- The application used a third-party account.
- Duplicate applications were submitted on the same PAN.
Do not create a new application or approve an unrelated payment request to resolve an old rejection. Preserve the application number, payment or mandate reference and the status-screen evidence, then ask your broker or bank to explain the rejection.
What happens after a zero or partial allotment?
For this issue, refunds or UPI unblocking were scheduled for 22 October 2026. A zero allotment normally means the entire blocked amount should be released; a partial allotment means the amount corresponding to the unallotted shares should be released. Banks and UPI systems can take additional processing time after the issuer or registrar initiates the release, so check the linked bank account or UPI mandate status rather than relying only on the allotment screen.
Allotted shares were scheduled for demat credit on 22 October 2026, with listing expected on both NSE and BSE on 23 October 2026. If the allotment page shows shares but they are not visible in the demat account after the scheduled credit window, contact the broker or depository participant and provide the allotment result.
What to do if the refund, credit or allotment looks wrong
- Save the registrar result, application acknowledgement and any relevant UPI or bank reference.
- Ask the broker or bank that submitted the application to verify the application status and payment mandate.
- For an allotment or refund dispute that is not resolved by the intermediary, escalate through SEBI’s SCORES or SmartODR channels, as advised in the issue information.
Keep communications factual: include the PAN, application number, issue name, date of enquiry and the exact message displayed. Never send a full banking password, UPI PIN or one-time password to a broker, registrar or person claiming to help with allotment.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteQuick checklist
- Wait until the basis of allotment is uploaded if the issue is missing from the selector.
- Use the exact issue name: Sahajanand Medical Technologies Limited.
- Try PAN, application number, or DP ID/Client ID on MUFG Intime.
- Use BSE or NSE as fallback enquiry routes.
- Interpret zero allotment, partial allotment, no records and rejection differently.
- Retain the result until refunds, demat credit and listing have been completed.
The Bottom Line
Use MUFG Intime first, searching with your PAN, application number or DP ID/Client ID after the allotment basis is uploaded. If the result is unavailable, check BSE or NSE; a zero allotment normally leads to release of the blocked funds, while “No Records Found” usually requires checking the timing or entered details.
