As of October 4, 2026, 08:04 UTC, the Buffalo Bills listed wide receiver Keon Coleman as questionable with an ankle injury after DNP, LP and LP practices. “Questionable” means he is not certain to play; it is not confirmation that he will be active or inactive. Check the Bills’ game-specific inactive list close to kickoff for the final decision.

The Bills’ official report available at 08:04 UTC on October 4, 2026, lists Coleman with an ankle injury, a Wednesday DNP, Thursday LP and Friday LP, and a game status of QUESTIONABLE. The Bills define that designation as “Player is not certain to play.” It does not settle whether he will play in the game; the reviewed report did not establish a final active/inactive decision.

The report’s practice abbreviations mean DNP: “Did not participate in practice”; LP: “Limited participation in practice”; and FP: “Full participation in practice.” A limited practice entry describes practice participation, not game availability.

How to check his status before kickoff
- Check the Bills’ official injury report. Find Coleman’s row and read the injury, most recent practice participation, game-status designation and report date. The Bills’ report includes a legend for the participation and status terms.
- Compare the NFL.com report for the current week. It provides a league-level view, but read the designation actually shown. In the reviewed Week 4, 2026 report, Coleman was listed with limited participation and no game-status designation. That missing field is not a clearance.
- Recheck the Bills’ report near kickoff. Injury reports and decisions can change; a questionable designation remains uncertain until the game-day decision is announced.
- Look for the Bills’ game-specific inactive list. This is the final check for whether Coleman is active or inactive for that game. Do not use an inactive list from a previous game to determine his status today.

For a current answer, use the Bills’ latest report for the team designation, then check the game-specific inactive list for the game-day outcome. If NFL.com does not show a designation that appears on the Bills’ report, report the difference rather than treating the blank league field as “available.” Include the report’s date and time and the relevant game or week, since the information is time-sensitive.
