Check permission before using screenshots for competitor research
Ajio’s terms identify Reliance Retail Limited as the operator of Ajio and Ajio Luxe. They describe access as limited and revocable, and restrict commercial use of the platform or Reliance Content, collection and use of product listings, descriptions or prices, data mining and similar extraction tools, and copying or downloading Reliance Content. Competitor research may be commercial. Do not assume that taking a screenshot, retaining it, comparing it, or publishing it is permitted just because your device can capture the page. - Open the product detail page. Choose the relevant size, color, or other variant if the page offers one, and wait for the product images and visible details to load.
- Keep private information out of the frame. Avoid capturing account details, addresses, payment information, or other personal data.
- Take the screenshot using the steps for your device.
- Save the image and record its context separately. Use a filename that includes the observation date and a product identifier. Note the page URL, selected variant, displayed price and discount, and capture time in a separate record.
Windows 10 or 11
Press Windows+Shift+S to open the Snipping Tool capture overlay. Select a rectangular region around the visible product-page information you need, then save the capture. Microsoft documents rectangular, freeform, window, and full-screen modes; choose the mode that frames the relevant on-screen content without including unrelated or private information. Use the button combination appropriate to your iPhone model. Apple’s guide covers Face ID and Touch ID models; screenshots save to Photos by default. Follow Apple’s iPhone screenshot instructions for your device.
Android, Mac, and full-page capture
The steps above are confirmed for Windows and iPhone only. Controls vary by device and operating-system version, so use the manufacturer’s current instructions for Android or macOS rather than assuming a button combination. The cited Ajio materials do not establish an Ajio-specific full-page screenshot option. The steps here capture visible screen content, not an assured full-page record.

Make product comparisons reproducible
For each page you are authorized to document, use the same fields so that you can tell what was actually displayed and when. A compact record can include:
- Brand and product name
- Product URL
- Selected size, color, or other variant
- Displayed price and discount
- Visible availability wording
- Capture date and time
Treat price and availability as observations, not enduring facts. Ajio’s terms note that displayed cart prices can change, and its visual representations are not guaranteed to match the delivered product. Recheck volatile details before relying on them in a comparison or publication, and do not treat a screenshot as permission to reproduce protected content.

The screenshot overlay does not appear on Windows
Confirm you are pressing Windows+Shift+S together. If it still does not open, launch Snipping Tool from Windows and use its capture controls; the exact interface can vary with Windows version.
The capture omits part of the product page
A normal screenshot records visible screen content, not necessarily the entire page. Scroll to the specific section and capture it separately, or use an appropriate full-page method only if your device or software explicitly supports it. The cited Ajio information does not verify an Ajio full-page feature.

The saved image lacks comparison context
Record the URL, selected variant, displayed price and discount, and timestamp when you capture the page. Those details cannot always be inferred reliably from a cropped image later.
The page changed after capture
Prices and availability can change. Treat the image as a timestamped record of what appeared at capture time, and revisit the page before making a current claim. Do not infer stock or delivered-product details from the screenshot alone.
