To capture a scrolling, full-page screenshot in Chrome, open DevTools, press Ctrl+Shift+P on Windows or Linux or Command+Shift+P on Mac, type screenshot, then choose Capture full size screenshot. Do not choose the plain Capture screenshot command: that captures only the visible viewport.
Capture the entire page from the Command Menu

Open the webpage you want to capture in Chrome, then open DevTools. For example, right-click the page and choose Inspect.

Type screenshot in the menu’s search field.

Select Capture full size screenshot. Chrome captures beyond the currently visible viewport and saves the screenshot.

Full-page versus viewport screenshot

If the screenshot is missing content
The full-size command captures the page as it is rendered and loaded; it does not establish that every page will expose all of its content in the image. If something is absent, check the page itself before treating it as a DevTools capture problem:

Scroll to the area that is missing and see whether it has loaded. Some pages load images or other content only after scrolling.

For feeds or lists that load more items as you scroll, make sure the items you need are actually present before capturing. A full-size screenshot is not a guarantee that an unrequested or virtualized item will be included.

If the page is blank or still loading, wait for the content to render and try the full-size command again.

Automating screenshots with the DevTools Protocol
For developer automation, Chrome DevTools Protocol exposes Page.captureScreenshot. The protocol supports PNG, JPEG, and WebP output and includes a captureBeyondViewport parameter.
