Xiaomi lists the POCO X6 display as 2712 × 1220 physical pixels, but that is not a universal CSS viewport size. For the closest match to a particular handset, inspect that phone’s live browser tab or measure its runtime viewport.
POCO X6 screen size: physical pixels are not CSS pixels
Xiaomi lists the POCO X6 display resolution as 2712 × 1220 pixels and its density as 446 PPI on its official product page. These are display specifications, not responsive website viewport dimensions.

A web page lays out in CSS pixels. Device pixel ratio (DPR) describes the relationship between CSS pixels and physical screen pixels; browser behavior and device configuration also affect the effective viewport. Android’s explanation of viewport width and screen density in web apps and Chrome’s device mode documentation cover these distinctions. The available specifications do not establish one CSS width and DPR that applies to every POCO X6 across software, browser, display settings, and orientation. Don’t enter 2712 × 1220 in DevTools and call it a POCO X6 CSS viewport, or derive a CSS width by dividing those figures by an assumed DPR.
Choose the capture method
| Method | Fidelity | Setup | What the capture shows |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chrome DevTools device mode | Approximation using the CSS dimensions and DPR you select. | Desktop Chrome; set the viewport dimensions and, if needed, DPR. | A page viewport capture. Use the current DevTools options if you need a full-page capture. |
| Remote debugging on the POCO X6 | Exercises the actual phone, browser, and current configuration. | POCO X6, desktop Chrome, and Android debugging setup. | Inspected page content. DevTools screencast is not necessarily a full-phone screenshot. |
| Phone’s screenshot function | Captures the actual displayed screen. | Open the page on the phone and take a device screenshot. | Can include phone interface areas, depending on the device screenshot and the page state. |
Emulate a POCO X6 viewport in Chrome DevTools
- Open the target page in desktop Chrome, then open DevTools.
- Turn on the device toolbar. Device mode starts with a Responsive viewport.
- Enter the CSS-pixel width and height you want to test. Use values measured from the target phone if you have them; otherwise, treat your chosen dimensions as an approximation, not an official POCO X6 viewport specification.
- Set DPR if you need to test high-density rendering,
window.devicePixelRatio, or DPR-dependent assets and media queries. DPR changes how CSS pixels map to physical-pixel rendering; it does not replace the viewport width and height. - Use More options > Capture screenshot to save the visible viewport. If you need a full-page image, check the screenshot options available in your Chrome version and label the resulting capture as full-page rather than viewport-only.
- For a reproducible result, record the CSS width and height, DPR, Chrome version, orientation, and whether the capture is viewport-only or full-page.
Chrome documents custom screen dimensions, DPR controls, and viewport screenshot capture in its device mode guide.

Capture on the actual POCO X6
- Enable the phone’s developer and debugging setup, then connect it to your development computer.
- Open the target URL in Chrome on the phone.
- In desktop Chrome, open
chrome://inspect/#devices, find the phone’s remote tab, and select Inspect. - Inspect the page as it runs on the handset. This is the better choice when the actual browser version, viewport behavior, font rendering, or touch-specific behavior matters.
- If you need the entire phone screen—including status or navigation UI—use the phone’s own screenshot function and check the saved image dimensions. Do not assume DevTools screencast includes the complete screen: Chrome describes it as a view of page content, and transparent areas can correspond to the address bar, status bar, or keyboard.
Chrome’s Android remote-debugging guide explains connecting to and inspecting Chrome tabs on a device. It also notes that screencast can affect frame rate.
Make the screenshot useful and repeatable
- Match the question you are testing. For responsive layout, specify CSS viewport dimensions. For DPR-sensitive rendering, specify both viewport and DPR. For actual device behavior, use the phone.
- Identify the capture area. A visible viewport, a full-page image, a DevTools screencast, and a full-device screenshot are different deliverables.
- Keep the configuration with the image. Record dimensions, DPR, browser version, orientation, and capture type so another developer can reproduce the result.
- Avoid false precision. If you do not have runtime measurements from the POCO X6, describe the setup as a custom mobile emulation rather than the exact POCO X6 CSS viewport.
Troubleshooting common mismatches
The page looks too wide or too narrow
Check that you entered CSS-pixel dimensions rather than the POCO X6 panel resolution. If matching a particular phone matters, inspect its live tab or measure its runtime viewport instead of assuming a universal width.
Images or media queries look different
Confirm both viewport dimensions and DPR. A viewport controls the CSS layout width; DPR affects the physical-to-CSS-pixel relationship and can matter to DPR-dependent resources.
The screenshot omits the browser or Android interface
DevTools viewport capture is for page content, not a guarantee of a complete device screen. Use the phone’s screenshot function when system or browser interface areas must appear.

The remote phone does not appear in chrome://inspect/#devices
Check the Android debugging setup and connection, confirm Chrome is open to the target page on the phone, and reload the devices page. The remote-debugging workflow requires a connected device with a Chrome tab available to inspect.
The screencast looks slow or has transparent areas
Chrome notes that screencast can affect frame rate and that transparent regions can represent device interface areas such as the address bar, status bar, or keyboard. For a still image of the complete screen, take a screenshot on the phone itself.

For a URL-based capture, ScreenshotNeo returns a screenshot or PDF from one GET request. It accepts cookie or consent banners as a visitor and removes more than 60 known consent platforms, newsletter popups, and chat widgets before capture; those steps can be turned off. Bot checks or CAPTCHAs, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads, and cache hits are not billed, and the response identifies the page verdict and billing status in headers. Its MCP server provides screenshot tools for AI agents, and the free plan includes 1,000 shots per month with no card; paid plans start at $5 for 3,000 shots.
For a basic WebP screenshot, replace the URL and API key with your own:
curl -G "https://api.screenshotneo.com/v1/shot" -d access_key=YOUR_API_KEY --data-urlencode url=https://stripe.com -o shot.webp
See the ScreenshotNeo API documentation for request options. A URL-based screenshot uses the service’s capture environment; it does not by itself reproduce a measured POCO X6 runtime viewport. Sign up for 1,000 free screenshots a month with no card.
