To capture a full webpage at a chosen viewport size in Chrome, open DevTools, enable the device toolbar, set the dimensions in Responsive mode, then choose More options → Capture a full size screenshot. The regular “Capture screenshot” command saves only the visible viewport.
Capture the whole page at a custom viewport size

Open the webpage in Chrome and open DevTools.

Select Toggle device toolbar in DevTools.

In the device toolbar’s Dimensions control, select Responsive. Enter the width and height you want, or drag the viewport handles to resize it. Chrome applies these dimensions to the emulated viewport.

Select Capture a full size screenshot. Chrome captures the page, including content outside the visible viewport.

Use Capture screenshot instead only when you want an image of the currently visible viewport. Both commands are in the same menu. See Chrome’s Device Mode documentation for the documented controls.

Save dimensions for repeated captures
If you regularly use the same viewport and device settings, add a custom device in Device Mode. Open the device list, choose Edit, and add a device with a name, width, and height. You can also set its device pixel ratio, user-agent string, and device type. These extra fields are optional; use them when you need those settings to be part of the reusable configuration.
Understand what the screenshot represents
Device Mode is a first-order approximation of a mobile experience. The page runs on your desktop or laptop, not on a physical mobile device. A screenshot taken this way is useful for checking a chosen responsive viewport, but it does not prove that the page renders or performs identically on real mobile hardware.
