How Much Does Longevity Training Cost, and What Should a Membership Include?

By Freedom251 Team · · 9 min read

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

Longevity training has no standard worldwide price. Published offers range from about $149–$220 a month for gym access or coached exercise, to £59.50 a month for guided training with quarterly measurements, and several thousand dollars or pounds a year for clinician-led programs. The right comparison is not the headline fee: it is the amount of coaching, testing, medical oversight, recovery access and follow-up you will actually use, plus taxes, medicines and other exclusions.

A worthwhile membership states exactly what you receive, how often progress is measured, who is qualified to advise you, and what costs extra. Use the examples and checklist below to compare unlike programs without treating a low-cost training club as equivalent to a medical longevity clinic.

What “longevity training” can mean

The label covers several different services. At one end is an open gym with equipment and recovery amenities. Another model sells unlimited sessions led by coaches. Some studios provide guided workouts and periodic body-composition or “BioAge” reviews. Clinical programs may combine physician consultations, laboratory testing, imaging, prescriptions and exercise planning. Because these models solve different problems, a monthly gym fee cannot be compared directly with a one-year medical program.

Before comparing prices, identify the service model in the contract:

  • Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
  • Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
  • Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
  • Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
  • 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
  • Open access: You use the facility independently during stated hours; staff support may be limited.
  • Coached training: A coach leads scheduled strength, cardiovascular, mobility or balance sessions. “Unlimited” normally means unlimited eligible sessions, subject to the timetable and available spaces.
  • Guided digital or studio workouts: The membership supplies programmed sessions, live instruction or both, sometimes with community access.
  • Clinical longevity care: Providers add medical assessment, diagnostics, treatment plans and follow-up. Medication, imaging and specialist work may still be separate.

Ask whether the membership is a subscription, a prepaid package, a one-year program or a staged-payment arrangement. Longevity Clinics Life, for example, describes its £4,995 starting Core program as a one-year program rather than a subscription, membership or finance product.

Published price examples

The following prices are provider-published examples, not an industry average. Currency, tax treatment, location and inclusion rules differ, and prices can change. Confirm the current agreement before paying.

Provider and location Published price What the stated fee includes Important qualifications
Longevity Training Club, Montecito $220/month 24/7 open-gym access, personalized entry code, facilities, cold plunge, sauna and community support Family plan $330/month; one month $275; one week $135; one day $60. This is primarily facility access rather than a stated unlimited-coaching package.
Speed Training, Vaughan, Ontario $199/month Unlimited eligible coached longevity sessions covering strength, cardiovascular, mobility and balance; selected workouts can use heart-rate monitors 10 sessions $400; 20 sessions $700, with no expiry on packs. HST and card-processing fees are extra; cancellation requires 30 days’ notice.
Longevity, UK (Age Well tier, 2026 page) £59.50/month or £595/year Unlimited guided workouts, quarterly BioAge reviews, quarterly muscle-and-fat scans, live studio coaching and community The annual price is a separate published option; check eligibility, booking rules and any equipment requirements.
Longevity Clinics Life From £4,995 for Core one-year program Program inclusions are described by the clinic; higher tiers are priced on application The clinic says staged settlement is not a subscription, membership or finance product. Obtain a written schedule of consultations, tests and optional services.
Memorial Longevity Clinic $149/month Access; $349/month Elite Elite adds unlimited consultations, performance-center access, a $100/month credit toward in-house services and preferred pricing Determine which consultations and services are included in Access and whether the monthly credit expires or covers every service.
Everest Health $3,599/year Base Camp; $9,999/year Ascend Search-result descriptions mention diagnostics, personalized plans, provider sessions, coaching and testing These figures and terms are volatile; verify the current offer directly before purchase.
NY Longevity $2,000/year weight-loss membership Full-day initial evaluation, bloodwork, DEXA, resting metabolic rate evaluation, quarterly re-evaluations and GLP-1 prescriptions Medication costs are excluded. Confirm laboratory, imaging, consultation and prescription follow-up details.
The Prolongevity Clinic $328/month ($3,942/year) Committed; $419/month ($5,028/year) All-In Committed states monthly provider visits, wearable-data review, advanced diagnostics and more frequent messaging The supplied description does not state the complete All-In inclusion list; request it in writing rather than assuming every service is unlimited.

These examples show why a single “average longevity membership” number would mislead. A $199 coached-training plan and a £4,995 clinical program have different staffing, testing and liability costs. Compare the deliverables and your expected usage, not just the currency-converted fee.

What a well-specified membership should include

1. A defined training service

The agreement should say whether you receive open-gym access, unlimited coached sessions, a fixed number of appointments or guided workouts. It should specify opening hours, session length, booking limits, class capacity, wait-list rules and the locations covered. “Unlimited” is useful only when you can realistically book the sessions you need.

Cancellation and pause terms matter as much as the advertised rate. Speed Training states a 30-day cancellation notice, while its prepaid 10- and 20-session packs do not expire. Ask whether illness, travel or injury pauses the term, and whether a missed appointment is charged.

2. Baseline measurements and scheduled follow-up

A credible plan establishes a starting point and a repeat schedule. Depending on your goals, useful measures can include body composition, VO2 max or another cardiovascular-capacity test, resting metabolic rate, strength, balance, flexibility and a BioAge-style composite. The provider should explain the protocol, equipment, staff qualifications and how results change the program.

Quarterly reviews are explicit in the UK Age Well offer and in NY Longevity’s quarterly re-evaluations. Other memberships may perform tests only at enrollment or sell them as add-ons. A test has limited value if nobody interprets the result, adjusts training and records the next measurement date.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

3. Balanced programming

Look for progressive resistance work to preserve muscle and bone, cardiovascular conditioning for aerobic capacity, mobility work for usable range of motion and balance practice to reduce fall risk. The plan should show how exercises progress, how intensity is set, and how beginners or people with medical restrictions are accommodated. A sauna or a dashboard does not compensate for a program that omits one of these training domains.

4. Qualified coaching and clinical boundaries

Ask who writes the program and who can modify it. A training club may provide coaches and general staff support. A clinical tier should identify whether physicians, registered dietitians, exercise physiologists and longevity coaches are involved, how often you can contact them, and which professional is responsible for medication or abnormal test results.

Confirm the boundary between fitness advice and medical care. A coach should refer symptoms, injuries or concerning laboratory results to an appropriately licensed clinician rather than attempting diagnosis. Ask where consultations occur, whether telehealth is available and how records are handled.

5. Monitoring and feedback

Heart-rate monitors and wearable integration can make training intensity measurable. The contract must distinguish among three very different arrangements: a device supplied by the provider, compatibility with a device you already own, or a device that you must buy or rent separately. Also ask which data are imported, how often a human reviews them, and whether the review is included.

Wearable-data review is listed for the Prolongevity Clinic’s Committed tier, while Speed Training says selected workouts can use heart-rate monitors. Neither statement alone proves that a device, continuous analysis or a personal response to every data point is included.

  • Please Note: To reach 10Gbps speed, keep the cable under 3.3 ft. For USB A Male to USB C adapters, try flipping the USB C connector. USB C Male to USB A adapters support bidirectional 10Gbps transfer within 3.3 ft

6. Recovery and community features

Cold plunges, saunas, recovery rooms, messaging and community events can improve adherence for some members. They are differentiators, not universal components. Longevity Training Club explicitly lists a cold plunge, sauna and community support; Memorial’s Elite tier lists performance-center access. Check operating hours, reservation limits, cleaning procedures, safety screening and whether guest access costs extra.

7. A written list of exclusions

Request an itemized list of what is not covered. Common exclusions include prescription medicines, supplements, imaging, specialist referrals, optional laboratory panels, taxes, card-processing fees and additional consultations. NY Longevity expressly excludes medication costs. Speed Training expressly adds HST and card-processing fees. A provider that promises to keep customers informed of additional optional-service costs should still give you those prices before you authorize the service.

How to compare memberships on total value

Use the same questions for every provider and record the answers in a spreadsheet. The most useful comparison axes are:

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.
  1. Training frequency and coaching intensity: Count the sessions you can attend at the times you need, not the theoretical maximum.
  2. Diagnostic depth: Separate simple body-composition checks from laboratory work, DEXA, RMR, VO2-max or other supervised testing.
  3. Clinical access: Note the professional’s license, consultation frequency, response time and referral process.
  4. Testing cadence: Record the exact repeat interval and whether interpretation is included.
  5. Wearable integration: Identify supplied hardware, supported devices, data ownership and human review.
  6. Recovery amenities: Verify which facilities are included, how reservations work and whether safety screening applies.
  7. Contract flexibility: Check notice periods, freezes, refunds, pack expiry and relocation provisions.
  8. Location and scheduling: A cheaper plan is poor value if travel or full classes prevent attendance.
  9. Total annual cost: Add enrollment fees, taxes, processing fees, tests, medicines, supplements, equipment and expected travel.

Then estimate your effective cost per attended coached session or per completed review. For example, a $199 monthly plan used for eight coached visits costs $24.88 per visit before taxes and fees; using it twice a month produces a very different value. This calculation is personal, not a provider performance claim.

When a lower-cost training membership may be enough

An open gym or coached studio can be sensible when you already have medical clearance, understand basic programming and mainly need consistent exercise. The Montecito club’s $220 monthly offer emphasizes 24/7 access and recovery amenities. Speed Training’s $199 monthly offer emphasizes unlimited eligible coached sessions across several training domains. These are practical choices for people who will use the facility regularly and do not need diagnostic medicine bundled into the fee.

Ask for an orientation, an injury-modification policy and a sample month of programming. If the service cannot explain progression, intensity monitoring or how it handles a new pain or medical restriction, the low price may reflect limited supervision rather than exceptional value.

When a clinical program can justify a higher fee

A higher-priced program may be appropriate when you need coordinated testing, physician review, treatment decisions or structured accountability that a gym does not provide. NY Longevity’s published weight-loss membership combines a full-day evaluation, bloodwork, DEXA, RMR evaluation and quarterly re-evaluations, but medication remains outside the $2,000 annual fee. The Prolongevity Clinic lists monthly provider visits and advanced diagnostics in its Committed tier. These details are more consequential than a premium lounge or branded equipment.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

Before enrolling, ask for the complete test menu, laboratory locations, normal turnaround times, consultation length, clinician credentials, emergency process and all prescription and imaging charges. A “personalized plan” should identify who updates it and what event triggers a change.

Questions to ask before signing

  • What exactly is included each month, and what is limited by space, schedule or eligibility?
  • How many coached sessions, consultations and measurements are guaranteed?
  • Which baseline tests are performed, with what equipment and protocol?
  • When are tests repeated, and who explains the results?
  • Are blood tests, DEXA, VO2-max testing and RMR included or optional?
  • Is a wearable supplied, merely supported, or entirely my responsibility?
  • Are medications, supplements, taxes, processing fees and specialist referrals excluded?
  • What notice is required to cancel, pause or transfer the membership?
  • What happens if I miss a session or cannot train because of injury?
  • Can I see a sample contract and a complete price list before paying?

Are longevity memberships worth it?

They can be worth the cost when the service solves a problem you otherwise fail to solve: regular progressive training, objective measurements, clinician coordination or accountability. Value falls when the plan mainly repackages ordinary gym access with vague promises, infrequent check-ins or tests that never change your program.

Choose the least expensive tier that supplies the supervision and measurements you will actually use. If you need only structured exercise, start with a coached plan and verify cancellation terms. If you need medical evaluation or prescription treatment, compare clinical programs by included tests, clinician time and excluded medication costs. Reassess after the first measurement cycle using attendance, progress and out-of-pocket spending rather than marketing language.

What the market does—and does not—establish

Current provider pages demonstrate a wide range of prices and formats, but they do not establish a reliable worldwide average for longevity training memberships. Geography, taxes, testing schedules, medication coverage, staffing and device bundling vary too much. Published figures can also change quickly, particularly search-result prices. Treat every amount above as a dated example, obtain the current contract and ask for written confirmation of every inclusion and exclusion before committing.
