Individual is for one user. The listed $2.99 monthly equivalent is a first-year promotional price on an annual subscription; the regular listed price is $3.99 per month, also with annual billing. The promotion is limited to new customers who subscribe directly through 1Password.com, and is not available through Google Play, the Apple App Store, or other third-party app stores, according to the personal pricing page.

At the regular listed rates, Families costs $71.88 per year, compared with $47.88 per year for one Individual subscription. That is a comparison of the published monthly equivalents multiplied by 12, not a separate monthly-billed option; the promotional first-year totals are $53.88 and $35.88 respectively.

How team and business licensing is charged
Teams Starter Pack
The $24.95 monthly base price is billed annually ($299.40 for a year) and includes 10 team members. 1Password lists up to 10 more seats at $4.99 per seat/month on annual billing, with a maximum of 20 members. To estimate a team with extra paid seats, add $4.99 multiplied by the number of added seats to the $24.95 monthly equivalent, then multiply by 12 for the annual total. For example, 12 members means two extra seats: $34.93 per month equivalent, or $419.16 per year. This calculation uses the published annual-billing seat rate; confirm the seat count before purchasing. Rates and seat limits are on the business pricing page.
Business
Business costs $8.99 per user per month when billed annually, which 1Password also lists as $107.88 per user per year. Budget by multiplying the annual per-user figure by the number of paid team members: for example, 25 paid users would total $2,697 per year before any applicable taxes or other charges. The figure is a calculation from the published per-user price, not a quote. Business includes 20 guests under the billing policy; guests are an allowance and should not be confused with paid member seats.

Enterprise Password Manager
