Clockify’s customer story describes 4ofthem as a software development company that had about 30 people when it began using the service and later had more than 80 employees. CEO and co-founder Marko Gabud attributes those figures to the company’s growth; the story does not establish that Clockify caused it.

According to project manager Pero Martinović, developers could start a timer from a Jira ticket or enter time manually afterward. That gave the team two ways to connect recorded hours to ticket-level work, rather than relying on a separate spreadsheet to reconcile time and Jira tasks.

Clockify lists Jira among its integrations on its official integrations page. The customer story reports the team’s experience with the integration; it does not compare Clockify with other time-tracking tools or establish that every Jira setup has identical behavior.

The story says 4ofthem used Clockify reports to review how time was allocated, compare actual time with estimates, distinguish billable from non-billable work, and prepare client reporting. In her example, knowing that a person would be unavailable helped her determine how many resources remained for a task. For a team coordinating multiple workloads, leave visibility can therefore inform assignment decisions before they become a scheduling conflict.
