You can program a Honeywell T6 Pro Smart Wi-Fi thermostat at the wall unit or in the Resideo app. First check the model number: the steps here apply to TH6320WF2003/U and TH6220WF2006/U, not the separately numbered non-Wi-Fi T6 Pro models. Then choose a schedule pattern and set its periods and target temperatures.
Check that you have a T6 Pro Smart Wi-Fi model
Look for the model number on the thermostat. This guide covers the Smart Wi-Fi TH6320WF2003/U and TH6220WF2006/U. The non-Wi-Fi programmable T6 Pro family includes TH6320U, TH6220U, and TH6210U; do not assume Smart Wi-Fi instructions apply to those models. Choose where to program it
Resideo supports setup and scheduling both on the thermostat and in the Resideo app. Use whichever is more convenient, and follow the interface for your exact model. The manufacturer’s support page links videos for onscreen scheduling and app scheduling: Honeywell Home support videos.

The pattern names describe how schedules are grouped by day; choose one that fits how your household keeps different hours. The available options are listed on the official product page.
Set periods, start times, and temperatures
The user guide identifies four schedule periods: Wake, Away, Home, and Sleep. For each period, select a start time and the desired heating and cooling temperatures. The periods let you assign different targets to parts of the day; a household that stays home during the day, for example, may choose different targets from one that is usually away.

For exact screen-by-screen controls, consult the 33-00410EFS-03 user guide or the official scheduling videos. On-screen controls and saving gestures should be checked against your model’s documentation rather than assumed from another T6 Pro variant.
Know what happens when you change the setpoint
The thermostat follows the selected schedule unless you change its operating mode or override the setpoint. Resideo’s support page includes a video titled “Schedule Override and Troubleshooting – T5 and T6 Pro Smart.” Use that official guidance for the override behavior and how to return to scheduled operation; the exact control sequence is model- and screen-dependent.

Confirm HVAC compatibility before relying on the schedule
The two Smart Wi-Fi models support different maximum HVAC stage configurations. Confirm that the thermostat model matches the equipment in your home; a schedule cannot compensate for a system configuration mismatch.
