The breadth claim is about the inputs and operating-system families the project lists; it does not guarantee that every controller works on every device without setup.

YARG supports guitar, bass, drums, keys, and vocals, and its official site says local multiplayer supports up to 32 players. Check the project’s current documentation for setup details for your operating system and controller; the official-site claims establish instrument support, not universal plug-and-play compatibility for every hardware model.
Fortnite Festival: guitar controllers plus standard inputs
Epic says Festival’s Pro Lead and Pro Bass parts are available on all current and future Jam Tracks. Those parts can be played using supported keyboard-and-mouse, gamepad, or guitar-controller inputs; guitar controllers can also be used for non-Pro parts. Epic introduced Festival as a Harmonix-created rhythm experience within Fortnite, with Main Stage and Jam Stage play and licensed music across genres and decades. Its launch-era article listed PlayStation 5 and 4, Xbox Series X|S and One, Switch, PC, and Android; treat that as launch-era availability rather than a complete current platform matrix. MusicRadar’s August 27, 2026 report said Stage Tour was scheduled for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch, and would work with some existing instrument controllers. It does not establish universal support or a complete controller-by-platform list. Since the announced December 10, 2026 release is in the future as of October 4, 2026, wait for launch details before choosing hardware specifically for this game.

Jam Tracks enter the Main Stage setlist, and Epic says they can be unlocked through seasonal passes or acquired from a rotating shop. Because shop availability rotates, a specific song may not be available for purchase at the time you look. Epic lists six parts—Lead, Drum, Vocals, Bass, Pro Lead, and Pro Bass—and says Pro Lead and Pro Bass are added to every current and future Jam Track.
