Start at e-Sevanam to find a Kerala government online service. If it is not listed there, use the Kerala Government e-Services Dashboard to identify the department and follow its named service portal. For contacts, choose the official directory that matches your need: a general government contact page, an officer directory, a nodal-officer list or the grievance system.
Where to find Kerala government online services
Search e-Sevanam first
e-Sevanam is Kerala’s centralized service portal. Search by the service name or browse by audience category. The Department of Electronics and Information Technology describes it as a portal incorporating the online services of all departments. A service’s presence or absence can change, so use the portal’s current listing rather than assuming an old link is still valid.

Use the e-Services Dashboard if the service is hard to locate
The Kerala Government e-Services Dashboard lets visitors browse service and department listings and follow the service portal associated with a listing. The dashboard describes itself as a common portal for integrating and reviewing services across departments and agencies. Its 2026 snapshot showed 546 services, 63 websites and 46 departments; those are dated inventory totals, not permanent counts.

Official sources currently use Electronics and Information Technology Department. That name appears on the Kerala Government contact page, the department’s Secretariat Directory – Sections & Officers and the 2026 Secretariat work-distribution directory.
#1 Best Overall
The available official information establishes the current label, but not the exact date of a rename or a complete list of earlier names. If an older bookmark or a search using older wording does not work, search for the service name together with “Electronics and Information Technology Department,” then verify the service through the e-Services Dashboard. An old URL is not guaranteed to redirect.
Which contact route should you use?
These directories serve different purposes. Pick the one that matches the action you need rather than treating every government contact page as interchangeable.
Rank #2
| Need | Where to go | What it is for |
|---|---|---|
| General department or government-portal contact | Kerala Government contact page | General department and portal contacts, including the Electronics and Information Technology Department and Kerala State IT Mission. Portal-content feedback is separate from department enquiries. |
| A named Secretariat officer or section | Secretariat Directory – Sections & Officers | Officer names, designations, office locations, direct telephone numbers and EPABX extensions. |
| The department’s listed nodal officer | eSamiksha Nodal Officer(s) List | Look up the listed departmental nodal officer; confirm the current entry before contacting them. |
| A grievance that needs government routing | Chief Minister’s Public Grievance Redressal System | Department-linked office listings and grievance routing. The toll-free number is 1076. |
For feedback about the Kerala Government portal’s content, the contact page lists [email protected] and 0471 2517261. That page says the portal is owned by Kerala State IT Mission, designed by C-DIT, and its content is handled by the Information & Public Relations Department. Use a department contact for a department enquiry; portal-content feedback goes to the portal’s listed contact.

How to submit or track an application
The Kerala e-Application portal supports online requests for the services available there. It says requests are sent to the concerned department and applicants can monitor status in their login. Registration uses a mobile number. The portal identifies Kerala State IT Mission (KSITM) as its owner and NIC as its developer. It is a submission and tracking route for supported requests, not a complete directory of every department contact.
Quick Recap
Rank #3
- Open the e-Application portal and register using your mobile number, or sign in to your existing account.
- Select the supported request and submit the required information to the concerned department.
- Sign in to the applicant login to monitor the application’s status.
How to choose and verify a route
- To discover a service: search e-Sevanam, then check the Dashboard if you need to identify its department or portal.
- To ask a routine service question: use the contact listed by the relevant department or service portal, not the grievance system by default.
- To find an officer: check the Secretariat Directory or the eSamiksha list, depending on whether you need an officer by section or the departmental nodal officer.
- To raise a grievance: use the Chief Minister’s Public Grievance Redressal System or its listed telephone route.
- Before calling or writing: verify the live page and current contact entry. Services, portal listings, officer assignments and phone details can change.
