It is a $399.99 limited-edition merchandise box, not a game edition: Rockstar says the game is sold separately. That is the biggest change from GTA V’s 2013 Collector’s Edition, which bundled the game, memorabilia and digital extras.
What is the GTA 6 Collector’s Edition?
Rockstar’s official name for the collectible set is The Goodtime State – Vice City Collection. The company describes it as a limited-edition Collector’s Box inspired by Leonida’s in-world hit television show, Macca the Gator. The listed U.S. price is $399.99, and the game is sold separately. Rockstar’s announcement says the box arrives November 19, 2026, and is available for pre-order while supplies last; regional ordering information may differ.

What does the Vice City Collection include?
Rockstar lists 11 items in the box:
- A six-inch Macca the Gator figure with a stash compartment
- Matte-black Oakley Frogskins sunglasses with Prizm Sapphire lenses
- A New Era 9FORTY A-Frame snapback
- A Leonida Keys crossbody bag
- A Macca magnetic mirror
- A Chunkee the Manatee shot glass
- A Vice City swizzle spoon
- A Vice City razor-blade keychain
- A set of Leonida Keys enamel pins in a metal tin
- Stickers in a stash bag
- A double-sided souvenir poster showcasing Leonida
The Rockstar Store gives the box dimensions as 19 × 13.5 × 12.5 inches. It is labeled an adult collectible, not a toy, with small-parts and sharp-edge warnings. The official contents list does not include a game, SteelBook, or stated digital gameplay benefits.
How does it compare with GTA V’s 2013 Collector’s Edition?
The distinction is not simply that the price went up. These are different kinds of products: GTA V’s Collector’s Edition was a game bundle with physical and digital extras; GTA VI’s Vice City Collection is a separate merchandise assortment.

| What you get | GTA V Collector’s Edition (2013) | GTA VI Vice City Collection (2026) |
|---|---|---|
| Game included? | Yes, the full retail game, according to Take-Two’s May 23, 2013 announcement. | No. Rockstar says the game is sold separately. |
| Physical items | SteelBook with exclusive artwork, a 21.5 × 26.75-inch blueprint map, security-deposit bag with logo key, New Era 9FIFTY snapback, and collectible outer box. | 11 merchandise items, including a Macca figure, sunglasses, cap, bag, drinkware, keychain, pins, stickers and poster. |
| Digital or gameplay extras | Special ability boost, Stunt Plane Trials, bonus outfits and tattoos, additional weapons, custom GTA Online characters, unique vehicles and garage property. | No digital or gameplay extras are stated as part of the collectible box. |
| Announced U.S. price | $149.99 original announced MSRP, from Take-Two Interactive / Rockstar Games in 2013. | $399.99 current listed price on the Rockstar Store in 2026. |
The prices are nominal figures from different years for products with different contents; they are not a like-for-like price comparison. GTA V’s set also included the Special Edition contents, while the GTA VI box’s poster is described as a souvenir poster showcasing Leonida rather than a game map.
