Rockstar vice president of dynamic art Michael Kane discussed the game’s clothing and accessories in comments attributed to a Game Informer interview and quoted by TechRadar. He described a broad range of garments, realistic materials, and colors and patterns suited to different areas and contexts. He also mentioned shoes, sneakers, watches, sunglasses and hats. These comments describe the game’s art direction; they do not establish that every item visible on characters or in the world is selectable by Jason or Lucia, or that players can adjust wear, fit or other material properties.
Where can you buy clothes, get a haircut or find tattoos?
Rockstar’s media gallery names Stock 305 Clothing Store, Sara’s Unisex Salon and Electric Fang Tattoo. Rockstar Support also lists those three locations among Ultimate Edition benefits. The official platforms, editions and versions page says Ultimate Edition benefits are threaded across Jason and Lucia’s story, with items uncovered behind each chapter.

Those details do not show a complete directory of customization locations, establish that all three named venues are the only places to change style, or provide a step-by-step route through the game. Nor do they establish that each benefit remains exclusive to Ultimate Edition indefinitely.
What style content is tied to an edition or pre-order?
Rockstar Support describes a Vintage Vice City Pack that includes outfits and hairstyles. The page says eligible digital pre-orders or purchases made before November 20, 2026, and physical pre-orders, include the pack. This is a time-sensitive offer: check the current official terms and your territory’s eligibility before buying.

Rockstar lists Standard Edition and Ultimate Edition, and says Standard Edition owners can separately purchase the Ultimate Edition Upgrade through the PlayStation or Microsoft storefront. This is a list of named edition benefits, not evidence that the full customization system is locked to Ultimate Edition.
What is not confirmed about changing outfits?
The available official pages and reporting do not document the exact menu sequence for changing clothes or hair. They also do not establish saved-outfit slots, quick-change controls, whether outfits can be changed in vehicles or at safehouses, the total number of items, or exact prices and unlock conditions.
