What kind of auto-battler do you want?
The best next game depends less on a broad claim about which title is “best” and more on what you want to plan: pet synergies, an inventory of items, or a team drafted from a shared pool. The table compares the options on those concrete differences.

Super Auto Pets: stay for the pets, change the pace
Super Auto Pets is a free-to-play game in which you build a team of pets with distinct abilities and battle other players. Its Arena mode is asynchronous and has no timers, so it suits players who want to make decisions at their own pace. The Steam listing describes Versus as the synchronous alternative: it supports eight players and calls for quicker decisions.
Choose a pack to shape your run
Standard packs use a predefined set of pets. Custom packs let you combine pets, while weekly packs rotate a randomly generated set shared by everyone. These options change which pet combinations you can build without requiring a different game.

Backpack Battles: build around your inventory
Try Backpack Battles if you enjoy planning a build and then watching it fight, but want the planning to center on a backpack rather than a lineup of pets. Its Steam description presents it as a PvP inventory-management auto-battler, with choices involving buying, crafting, and arranging items. That makes item placement and inventory decisions its defining contrast with Super Auto Pets.

Teamfight Tactics: draft, manage an economy, and position units
Choose TFT if you want a more involved, round-based PvP contest.
