The better buy depends on your local price, storage configuration and which features you will use.

| Phone and configuration | Price evidence | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Galaxy S25 FE, 8GB/128GB, unlocked (US) | $649.99 US manufacturer MSRP, Samsung Electronics America list effective March 2026 | The list says prices may change without notice. Samsung’s US price list is an MSRP, not a guaranteed current retail offer. |
| Galaxy S25 FE, 8GB/256GB, unlocked (US) | $709.99 US manufacturer MSRP, Samsung Electronics America list effective March 2026 | This is a different storage tier from the 128GB comparison. Samsung’s US price list is subject to change. |
| Nothing Phone (4a) Pro, 8GB/128GB (US) | $419 displayed, with $499 also shown on Nothing’s product page accessed October 7, 2026 | This is a product-page display, not the same kind of price evidence as Samsung’s MSRP list. Check the live page for the selected configuration and terms. Nothing’s US product page. |
| Galaxy S25 FE (India) | ₹58,999 displayed by 91mobiles; marked out of stock when accessed October 7, 2026 | Volatile India-specific listing, not a current confirmed offer. 91mobiles comparison page. |
| Nothing Phone (4a) Pro (India) | ₹46,210 for an Amazon India listing displayed by 91mobiles when accessed October 7, 2026 | Volatile India-specific listing; availability and price can change. 91mobiles comparison page. |
For a fair decision, compare the same storage capacity and buying conditions: unlocked versus carrier-locked, new versus refurbished, and any applicable exchange or bank offer. The India listings suggest the Nothing model was displayed at a lower price at that moment, but the Samsung listing was out of stock; that is not a dependable like-for-like live price comparison.
Display: Nothing is larger and has the higher listed refresh rate
| Specification | Galaxy S25 FE | Nothing Phone (4a) Pro |
|---|---|---|
| Size and panel | 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X | 6.83-inch AMOLED |
| Resolution | 1080 × 2340 | 1260 × 2800 |
| Listed refresh rate | 120Hz | 144Hz |
These specifications are listed by 91mobiles; TechRadar also describes the Nothing display as 6.83 inches and 2,800 × 1,260. A larger panel and higher refresh-rate figure may appeal if you value screen area or smooth scrolling, while the Samsung is the smaller of the two. The specifications alone do not establish which display looks better in everyday use. 91mobiles’ comparison; TechRadar’s review.

Performance: Samsung leads in the listed benchmark, with a methodology caveat
91mobiles lists the Galaxy S25 FE with an Exynos 2400 and the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro with a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4. The same site gives Geekbench multi-core scores of 6,687 for Samsung and 4,314 for Nothing. It does not provide the test conditions in the comparison passage, so treat these as that site’s figures rather than a guarantee of how the phones will perform in your apps or games. 91mobiles comparison.
For a purchase, consider the kinds of workloads you care about—gaming, multitasking, photography processing or everyday messaging—and look for current tests of the exact regional models if sustained performance matters. The benchmark figures are useful context, not a complete performance verdict.
Cameras: different telephoto approaches
| Camera hardware listed by 91mobiles | Galaxy S25 FE | Nothing Phone (4a) Pro |
|---|---|---|
| Main rear | 50MP | 50MP |
| Telephoto | 8MP telephoto | 50MP periscope telephoto |
| Ultrawide | 12MP | 8MP |
| Front camera | 12MP | 32MP |
The notable hardware distinction is Nothing’s listed 50MP periscope telephoto, compared with Samsung’s 8MP telephoto. Nothing describes its rear setup as a three-camera system with a Sony sensor and advertises “World’s first 140x ultra zoom*”; that is manufacturer marketing language, not independently established comparative performance. Megapixel counts and zoom claims do not by themselves establish photo quality. Look for sample images and testing that match the types of shots you take. Nothing product page; 91mobiles comparison.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteBattery and charging: Samsung has wireless charging in the comparison
91mobiles lists the S25 FE at 4,900mAh with 45W wired charging and wireless charging. For Nothing, that site lists 5,400mAh and 50W wired charging, with no wireless charging. However, TechRadar reports a 5,080mAh battery for the Nothing phone, so the published capacity figures conflict. Without a verified official specification for the precise regional model, do not treat either listed Nothing capacity as definitive.
Rank #3
- The Galaxy S25 FE features a large, immersive Dynamic AMOLED display with smooth refresh rate and enhanced brightness, delivering vivid colors and sharp clarity whether you're streaming, browsing, or using it outdoors.
TechRadar’s review records a six-hour 2K video test ending at 56% battery and a 50W charging test reaching 47% in 30 minutes. Those are that reviewer’s results under its own test conditions, not standardized head-to-head results against the Samsung. If wireless charging is important, the comparison source lists it for Samsung and not for Nothing. 91mobiles comparison; TechRadar review.

Nothing’s US product page describes Nothing OS with Essential AI tools. The available comparison does not establish a current, like-for-like software-support duration for both phones, so it cannot identify a support winner. Before buying, check each manufacturer’s current policy for the exact model and region, as well as which configuration is sold locally.

Which phone should you buy?
- Choose the Galaxy S25 FE if wireless charging matters to you, you prefer the smaller 6.7-inch display, or the Samsung’s processor and attributed benchmark result better fit your priorities.
- Choose the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro if you want the larger 6.83-inch display, the higher listed refresh rate, or its 50MP periscope camera hardware.
- Choose based on price only after checking the same storage tier and current local availability. The US figures above are an MSRP versus a product-page display; the India figures are volatile listings, and the cited Samsung listing was out of stock.
Neither set of hardware specifications settles image quality, battery life in your routine or long-term software support. Those questions require current evidence for the exact market variant, so do not let a single benchmark, zoom claim or battery-capacity listing decide the purchase by itself.
