If Lady Liberty is missing in Fortnite, first sign in to the Epic Games account that paid for The Purge Bundle and compare that account with the receipt email. Then clear every Locker filter, check Archived items, restart Fortnite, and allow a few minutes for delayed reward processing. If the problem continues, check Epic’s live service and known-issues channels, try another device, and send Player Support your transaction evidence.
These checks separate an account or visibility mistake from a delayed grant or a wider service incident. Epic has not confirmed a Lady Liberty-specific synchronization bug, a universal platform-specific fix, or a guaranteed restoration time.

Item-shop availability and prices are volatile, so treat those figures as the values shown by that 2026 listing, not a permanent price.

A completed purchase should be checked against the account and transaction before you assume the outfit was removed. Buying V-Bucks, changing hardware, or reinstalling the game cannot by itself restore an entitlement that is attached to a different Epic account.
Diagnose the symptom before changing anything
Use the symptom that best matches what you see. The distinction matters because a missing display and a missing grant require different checks.

Step 1: Verify the Epic account that made the purchase
The most common recoverable cause is being signed in to a different Epic account from the one that purchased the bundle. This can happen when a console profile, PC login, family member’s account, or an older email address is used interchangeably.

- Sign back in using the email address that appears on the Epic purchase receipt.
- If you have more than one Epic account, check each account’s purchase history rather than relying on the display name alone.
- Confirm that the platform profile you launched Fortnite with is linked to that same Epic account. Do not create a new account to “test” the purchase; a new account will not inherit the entitlement.
- Keep the receipt email open while you perform the next checks. The receipt is evidence of which account completed the transaction and when.
Epic’s support guidance is explicit: when multiple Epic accounts exist, confirm that you are signed in to the account where the item was purchased. A Fortnite display name is not sufficient proof of account ownership because names can change and may not match the account email.
What to record during the account check
- The Epic account email or account ID, handled as private information.
- The transaction or receipt number, purchase date, and bundle name.
- The platform used for the purchase and the platform where the item is missing.
- Whether the receipt names The Purge Bundle or a different transaction.
Do not publish receipt details in a public post. Use them only in Epic’s authenticated Player Support process.

Step 2: Remove Locker filters and check Archived
An outfit can be present but hidden by a sort or filter. Epic’s missing-item workflow specifically directs players to clear filters and inspect Archived items.
- Open Locker in Fortnite.
- Select the Outfit item type. Lady Liberty is an outfit, not a back bling, pickaxe, emote, or wrap.
- Open Sort and Filter.
- Clear every active filter, including rarity, season, favorites, search text, and any owned or recently used restriction that is visible in your interface.
- Apply the cleared settings and scroll through the complete outfit list. Search by “Lady Liberty” only after confirming that no filter remains active.
- Open the filter again and choose Archived. Epic says previously hidden items appear in Archived.
- If Lady Liberty appears there, select the item and use the unarchive control shown by your platform. Return to the normal outfit list and verify that it is now visible.
Repeat the process for the other four bundle cosmetics, selecting the appropriate category each time: Back Bling for Purge Drone, Pickaxe for Liberty’s Purge Torch, Emote for Electrified Flex, and Wrap for Purge Counter. A bundle can look incomplete if you search only the outfit tab.

Take a screenshot of the filter state and the empty or incomplete list. Do not repeatedly archive and unarchive random items while the Locker is unstable. An infinite loading circle can prevent the list from rendering even when the entitlement exists; in that case, move to the service-status checks below.
Step 3: Refresh a failed or delayed claim
Epic notes that reward processing can sometimes be delayed. A delayed grant may appear after the purchase succeeds, without any change to the receipt itself.
- Sign out of Fortnite and the Epic account session.
- Close Fortnite completely rather than leaving it suspended in the background.
- Restart the device, then launch Fortnite again.
- Sign in to the account verified in Step 1.
- Wait a few minutes after reaching the lobby before checking Locker. Avoid starting multiple purchases while the first transaction is unresolved.
- Open Locker and repeat the cleared-filter and Archived checks.
If the shop showed an error, capture the exact wording before retrying. A generic “not available” message, a payment failure, and a completed purchase followed by a missing item are different cases. The receipt and the on-screen message together give support a better way to distinguish them.

Try a second device without changing the account
Sign in to the same verified Epic account on another supported device, if one is available. This is a diagnostic test, not a transfer procedure. If Lady Liberty appears on the second device, the original device’s session or local display is more likely involved. If the item is absent everywhere, account entitlement, delayed processing, or a service incident remains more likely.
Do not interpret a different result as proof that one platform is permanently incompatible. No official source confirms a Lady Liberty-specific platform restriction or a universal platform-specific repair.
Step 4: Check Epic’s live service and known-issues channels
Before repeating purchases or changing account links, check Epic’s current incident information. Epic directs players to its Public Status page, the @FortniteStatus account, its known-issues communities page, and Fortnite News.
- Look for incidents affecting purchases, entitlements, Locker loading, or account services.
- Compare the incident’s start time with your purchase and the first time the item disappeared.
- Read whether the notice concerns investigation, mitigation, or resolution. “Investigating” does not mean the item has been restored.
- Save a screenshot of a relevant notice if you later contact support.
Epic has published an investigation notice for players who see an infinite loading circle in Locker. It has also published a separate notice that item names or descriptions may not display. Those notices can explain a broken interface without proving that the Lady Liberty entitlement is missing.
When to wait instead of retrying
Waiting is reasonable when the receipt is valid, the correct account is confirmed, and Epic is reporting an active incident or delayed processing. Repeatedly claiming the same bundle, unlinking accounts, or opening new accounts can make the history harder to interpret. Keep the receipt, note the times of each attempt, and check the official status channels again later.

Step 5: Escalate with evidence if the item is still absent
Contact Epic Player Support when account verification, Locker visibility checks, a clean restart, and another-device testing do not resolve the problem. Explain the exact symptom instead of simply writing “skin missing.”
Include these details
- Your Epic account ID and the email address associated with the purchasing account.
- The receipt or transaction evidence for The Purge Bundle. Redact payment-card numbers and other secrets.
- The platform used to buy the bundle and the platform where Lady Liberty is missing.
- The approximate purchase time, including your time zone.
- Whether the bundle price was charged, whether the shop claim displayed an error, and whether the receipt arrived.
- Which cosmetics are present or absent: Lady Liberty, Purge Drone, Liberty’s Purge Torch, Electrified Flex, and Purge Counter.
- Whether the item appears as owned, appears in Archived, or does not appear in Locker at all.
- Screenshots or a short recording showing the account identity, Locker category, cleared filters, and the symptom.
- Any Epic status or known-issue notice that was active when you tested.
Support may ask you to repeat a sign-in or provide additional transaction information. Follow the authenticated instructions they provide. The available official guidance does not promise a restoration deadline, so avoid treating an estimated reply time as a guaranteed fix time.
How to interpret common outcomes
Lady Liberty appears after clearing filters
The entitlement was present and the problem was Locker visibility. Leave the item unarchived if you want it in the ordinary outfit list, and review your filter settings before reporting a missing purchase.
The item appears after a restart and short wait
This matches Epic’s warning that reward processing can be delayed. Keep the receipt and note when the grant completed in case another bundle cosmetic remains absent.

The item appears on another device only
This points toward a session or display problem on the first device. Sign out there, restart Fortnite, and sign in again to the verified account. If the discrepancy persists, include both device results in your support request.
The Locker never finishes loading
Do not infer that the outfit was deleted. An infinite loading circle is a documented Locker symptom under investigation. Check the current incident notice and provide support with a screenshot and timestamp.
The bundle is charged but no cosmetics appear anywhere
Confirm the receipt account a second time, then escalate with the transaction evidence. There is no official confirmation that a Lady Liberty-specific bug affects every platform, so support must verify the individual entitlement.
What not to do
- Do not buy the bundle again while the original transaction is unresolved.
- Do not purchase V-Bucks cards or new hardware expecting them to restore an account entitlement.
- Do not unlink console accounts or merge Epic accounts as a troubleshooting shortcut.
- Do not delete the Epic account, Fortnite installation, or receipt email before support reviews the case.
- Do not share account passwords, security codes, full payment details, or unredacted receipts in community threads.
- Do not rely on a third-party claim that a universal platform fix or guaranteed restoration time exists; the official information does not establish either.
Purchase timing and availability
The Epic listing used for this guide showed The Purge Bundle at 2,000 V-Bucks, down from an original 2,800 V-Bucks, with purchases listed until October 27, 2026 at 12:00 AM local time (GMT+00:00). Those values and the shop’s availability can change. A later shop rotation may remove the bundle without removing a properly granted entitlement from an account.
If you bought the bundle while it was listed and the receipt is valid, focus on account ownership, Locker visibility, processing, and support evidence. Do not assume that a changed shop listing means a completed purchase has been cancelled.
