If Fluxguard email alerts seem to be missing, first check the affected user’s notification frequency and site-category selections, then confirm the page is monitored and that Fluxguard has recorded a change. Fluxguard says daily summaries are the default; immediate delivery requires the corresponding frequency setting. If these checks do not explain the problem, contact Fluxguard support with the site, recipient, expected timing, and approximate change time.
1. Check whether the alert is late or just scheduled for a digest
Fluxguard’s FAQ says email notifications are sent as a daily summary by default, and that the frequency can be changed to immediate delivery or another interval. If you expected an email as soon as a change occurred, compare that expectation with the configured cadence. Fluxguard’s FAQ describes the default and the available frequency adjustment.

In Fluxguard, open Account Settings and review the email-alert frequency. The monitoring tutorial also directs users to adjust crawl settings in the session. The exact timing of a report depends on the configured frequency and on Fluxguard detecting a new version.

Notification settings are user-specific, so check the settings for the person who is not receiving the email—not only another teammate’s account. Verify both the frequency and any site-category selection. If the relevant site’s category is not included, that user may not receive reports for it. Fluxguard’s FAQ describes per-user preferences and category filtering.

3. Confirm the page is being monitored
An alert requires a monitored page and a detected change. Fluxguard’s setup guidance says to add the site or URL, wait for its initial crawl, and enable monitoring for any additional pages discovered during setup. Check that the intended page is included and that monitoring is enabled; a page that was discovered but not selected for monitoring will not produce reports. See the Fluxguard monitoring tutorial for the setup sequence.
4. Check whether the change meets the detection trigger
Fluxguard’s selected primary detection strategy determines when it records a new version. A change you can see in a browser may not yet satisfy that strategy’s trigger, so an email may not have been generated. Review the session’s crawl and detection settings and confirm that the expected kind of change is covered. Fluxguard explains the role of the primary detection strategy in its monitoring tutorial.

5. Check the mailbox as a general troubleshooting step
Fluxguard’s published materials cited here explain account preferences, alert cadence, and monitoring setup, but do not describe provider-side bounce logs or a specific mail-server diagnostic process. As general email troubleshooting, check the recipient’s junk or spam folder and any organization-level quarantine, filtering, or forwarding rules. These checks are not documented Fluxguard-specific fixes. If the message is not there, include those findings when contacting support rather than assuming a particular delivery failure.
6. Consider another configured notification route
Fluxguard materials mention Slack, SMS, webhooks, and API as other notification or reporting routes. Availability and setup can depend on the account, so confirm the options actually offered in your Fluxguard account before relying on one. Product-update material also refers to alarms and category-refined Slack notifications; the overview PDF includes legacy material, so treat it as corroboration rather than proof of present availability. See Fluxguard’s product updates and its product overview.

7. Contact Fluxguard if the checks do not resolve it
If the correct recipient settings, site selection, monitoring status, and detection expectations still do not explain the missing email, contact Fluxguard through its official support route. The FAQ describes automated chatbot help and account-manager support for account-related questions. Include details that help identify both the recipient and the event:
- The affected Fluxguard account or user.
- The monitored site or exact URL.
- The configured alert frequency and expected delivery time.
- When the change was noticed and what changed, if known.
- Whether the page completed its initial crawl and is enabled for monitoring.
- Whether you checked junk folders and organization mail rules.
