Will it fit your benchtop and electrical installation?
The appliance measures 590 mm wide × 520 mm deep × 55 mm high. Electrolux lists a countertop cutout of 560 × 490 mm. Check the actual opening, benchtop thickness, cabinetry and required clearances against the installation instructions before ordering; the manual says clearance must meet the recommendations for both cooktop and rangehood. Electrolux specifies a 7.4 kW connected load, hardwired connection and maximum current of 32 A. This is not a plug-in installation, and the published figure does not establish that your home’s circuit is suitable. How the zones and cookware work
Induction heats compatible cookware rather than the glass directly, so pans need a magnetic base. A magnet that sticks to the bottom is a practical initial check; not every stainless-steel pan is suitable. The manual also gives minimum cookware diameters by zone:
- Left-side flexible area: 100 mm minimum.
- Right-front zone: 125–145 mm guidance.
- Right-rear zone: 145–180 mm guidance.

The product page lists ordinary zone outputs of 2,300 W for each left zone, 1,400 W for the right front and 1,800 W for the right rear, with a 3,400 W boost listing for the left-front zone.
