KOEI TECMO’s published targets for Dynasty Warriors 3 Complete Edition Remastered are 30 fps at 1080p on Low settings for minimum-tier PCs, and 60 fps at 1080p on High settings for recommended-tier PCs; both targets assume upscaling is enabled. Check your CPU, graphics card and VRAM, memory, and free storage against the table below. These are publisher expectations, not guaranteed results on every system. KOEI TECMO’s PC requirements

Can my PC run Dynasty Warriors 3 Complete Edition Remastered?
Compare your PC’s processor and graphics card with the relevant column, and check that it has 16 GB of RAM and 60 GB of available storage. The GPU’s memory capacity matters too: the listed minimum cards have 6 GB, while the recommended cards have 8 GB and 12 GB respectively.

- If your system matches the minimum tier, the published expectation is 30 fps at 1080p on Low with upscaling enabled.
- If it matches the recommended tier, the published expectation is 60 fps at 1080p on High with upscaling enabled.
- If your display is above Full HD or is widescreen, KOEI TECMO warns that additional VRAM may be needed depending on settings. It does not specify a per-resolution VRAM amount, so the listed GPU tier alone cannot establish a target frame rate for those displays.
KOEI TECMO’s graphics-card compatibility list is described as cards “confirmed to operate correctly” as of August 2026. It is a dated compatibility check, not a performance ranking or a complete list of cards that can run the game. The page includes selected NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090, RTX 5060, RTX 4070 Ti, RTX 4070, RTX 4060 Ti 8GB, RTX 3070 Ti, RTX 3070, RTX 3060 (8GB), RTX 2080 Super, RTX 2070 and GTX 1060 models, as well as RTX 5060 Laptop and RTX 4060 Laptop. Its Radeon entries include RX 7900 GRE, RX 7700 XT, RX 6700 XT, RX 5600 XT and RX 9070 XT. Check the live requirements and compatibility page for exact variants and updates.
Dynasty Warriors 3 Remastered best settings for PC
There is no evidence-backed, universal list of individual options to lower first. KOEI TECMO specifies graphics quality and upscaling for its targets, but does not identify a recommended order for changing settings such as shadows or effects. Start with the official settings that correspond to your hardware tier:
Rank #2
- 8-Core 16-Thread Processing Power – Powered by the Ryzen 7 4700LE processor with Zen 2 architecture, delivering 8 cores and 16 threads with a boost clock up to 4.2GHz. Effortlessly handle multitasking, streaming, content creation, and demanding applications simultaneously without slowdowns.
- GeForce RTX 3050 8GB Graphics – Equipped with 8GB GDDR6 dedicated VRAM and real-time ray tracing support. Experience smooth 1080p gaming at 55-60 FPS in AAA titles like Cyberpunk 2077, 70+ FPS in Fortnite, and 90-100 FPS in Apex Legends with DLSS enabled. The 8GB buffer handles modern game textures comfortably – a step above 6GB variants
- High-Speed Memory & Storage – Paired with 16GB of DDR4 3200MHz dual-channel RAM (16GB), the PC ensures responsive multitasking—whether streaming while gaming or editing videos. It also includes a 512 GB NVMe M.2 SSD for lightning-fast boot times, quick game loads, and ample storage for your game library, creative projects, and files.
- Next-Gen WiFi 6 Connectivity – Stay connected with the latest WiFi 6 technology for faster speeds, lower latency, and improved network efficiency. Whether you're gaming online, streaming 4K content, or joining video conferences, enjoy stable, high-speed wireless connectivity.

Perfect for gamers, students, content creators, and home office users seeking reliable performance without the hassle of building a PC themselves. The mature AM4 platform with DDR4 memory offers excellent value and proven stability.
- Check your CPU, GPU model and VRAM, RAM, and available storage against the requirements table.
- For a PC at the minimum tier, set graphics quality to Low and leave upscaling enabled to match the publisher’s 1080p/30 fps target.
- For a PC at the recommended tier, use High quality with upscaling enabled to match the publisher’s 1080p/60 fps target.
- If you play above 1080p or on a widescreen display, account for the publisher’s warning that additional VRAM may be required. No exact resolution-to-VRAM adjustment is published.
Do not treat the tier labels as a guarantee of stable frame rates: the stated targets are expectations for the paired resolution, preset and upscaling configuration, not independent test results for every PC.
Dynasty Warriors 3 Remastered Steam Deck settings
Steam Deck HQ reports that the game defaulted to Low graphics quality and a 30 fps lock on the reviewer’s Deck. The reviewer preferred keeping Low and raising the target to 40 fps, and reported that a stable 60 fps was not achievable on that device even at the lowest settings. This is a device-specific review, not a universal PC preset or KOEI TECMO performance guarantee. Steam Deck HQ review
