What Droplr does
Droplr combines screenshots, screen recordings, file uploads, cloud storage, and shareable links. For a quick review, bug report, or visual explanation, the practical appeal is avoiding a separate sequence of saving a file locally, attaching it, and sending it. Captures can instead be shared through a cloud link; Droplr also says users can download captures as PNG, WebM, or MPEG-4.

Droplr lists unlimited screen-recording length and unlimited GIF recording duration across these plans. The 10 GB maximum upload remains a constraint even on Enterprise, whose storage and bandwidth are listed as unlimited. What the limitations mean in practice
Usage can run into caps
Pro Plus and Team each have 100 GB of storage and 500 GB of monthly bandwidth, as well as a 10 GB maximum upload. Those limits matter most if a team routinely uploads large files, keeps a substantial archive, or generates frequent link views. Enterprise removes the listed storage and bandwidth ceilings, but still has the same stated maximum upload and requires a quote.

The feature list needs plan-level checking
Droplr advertises multiple video resolutions, but the cited pricing-page text does not reliably map every resolution to every plan. If resolution is central to a workflow, confirm the exact entitlement in the live plan selector rather than assuming that a feature shown on the page is included at every tier.
Alternatives deserve a current comparison
A syndicated PCMag review excerpt by Jordan Minor, published on Yahoo Tech on August 27, 2026, says Droplr has changed little since the previous review while competing tools have improved. The excerpt still calls Droplr worth considering, especially for business-focused teams. It does not provide enough detail to support specific criticisms, ratings, or feature-by-feature comparisons, so treat it as a reason to compare current options rather than proof that Droplr lacks a particular capability.
