CloudConvert documents full-page website screenshots, but its documentation does not confirm that it scrolls an infinite-scroll page to load additional content. A full-height capture and a capture that actively triggers scroll-based loading are different things. If your result must include content revealed only as you scroll, check the exact capture output rather than assuming it will be complete.
What CloudConvert documents
CloudConvert describes its Website Screenshot API as a Chrome-based service that can capture full-page PNG or JPG screenshots. Its product page says full-height screenshots are the default, and it also documents waiting for a custom CSS selector before capture (CloudConvert Website Screenshot API).

The API documentation identifies the capture-website operation and describes its input and output-format-specific parameters. It also includes PDF capture examples (Capture Website operation). CloudConvert’s online PNG and JPG screenshot pages likewise describe Chrome-based captures and say a full-size screenshot is created by default (PNG screenshot; JPG screenshot).
Why full-page capture may not include infinite-scroll content
“Full-page” can mean capturing the height of the document that exists at capture time. Infinite-scroll pages may request and add more content only after the visitor scrolls. Capturing the current document height does not necessarily trigger those requests.
#1 Best Overall
The CloudConvert pages cited above do not explain whether its capture repeatedly scrolls, waits for newly loaded items, or stops at a particular scroll depth. That means its behavior for scroll-triggered content is not confirmed by the reviewed documentation; it is not evidence that CloudConvert either passes or fails that use case.
How to check whether a capture is complete
- Capture the exact URL and use the output format you need.
- Inspect the resulting image or PDF, especially the content expected near the bottom of the page.
- If lower-page items are missing, do not treat the full-height setting as proof that the page was scrolled to trigger more loading.
- If completeness matters, use a browser-automation workflow that explicitly scrolls through the page and waits for additional content between scrolls, or choose a capture tool whose documentation explicitly promises that behavior.
CloudConvert’s custom-selector wait can help wait until a specified element appears, but the documentation does not say that waiting for a selector causes the page to scroll or triggers infinite-scroll requests.

ScreenshotNeo is an alternative website screenshot API and MCP server. It supports full-page capture with lazy images loaded; that is distinct from a documented promise to repeatedly scroll an infinite-scroll feed, so verify your target page’s output if it needs scroll-triggered requests.

See the ScreenshotNeo API documentation for request options. Cookie and consent banners are accepted and removed before capture, along with known newsletter popups and chat widgets; those steps can be turned off. Bot checks, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads, and cache hits are not billed, and the response identifies the page verdict and billing status in headers. Its MCP server provides screenshot tools for AI agents. The Free plan includes 1,000 shots per month with no card; paid plans start at $5 for 3,000 shots.
