How much water does the DEXD216RF remove per day?
De’Longhi rates the unit at 16 litres per 24 hours, but the UK page does not present the temperature condition consistently: its specification-table heading associates the rating with 32°C and 80% relative humidity, while the footnote gives 30°C and 80% relative humidity. Treat 16 L/24 h as a manufacturer rating with that unresolved condition discrepancy, not a guaranteed daily collection amount in an ordinary home. Actual collection in a room cannot be inferred from the listing alone.

Can the DEXD216RF dry laundry?
Yes. De’Longhi lists a dedicated clothes-drying or laundry mode. The AU/NZ service documentation also describes a dry mode and control-panel features including a timer, humidity display, low-temperature alert and full-tank alert. Those are documented functions, not evidence of a particular drying time or result for a load of washing. Does it have a continuous drain hose?
De’Longhi lists continuous drainage using an included pipe, as well as a collection tank with tank control. The AU/NZ service document specifies a 2.1-litre tank and an approximately 1 m condensate hose. Those tank and hose figures come from regional service documentation, not confirmation that every country’s retail package contains identical parts. If you plan to drain into a sink or floor drain, check the hose route and the instructions for the version sold in your market.

How noisy is the DEXD216RF?
De’Longhi lists a noise figure of 40 dBA. The listing does not provide a measurement distance, operating mode or independent test method, so the figure should not be treated as a guarantee of how loud the appliance will seem in a bedroom or living area.
